摘要

在平时生活中,清洗消毒是一件必须做的事情,否则很容易发生细菌感染的事件,而医院的清洗消毒更是重中之重。早先清洗消毒工作都是由专门人员手工操作,缺点很多,耗时耗力且易发生事故。

近年来,可编程控制器发展非常迅速,集微型计算机技术,自动化控制技术,通讯技术于一体,逐步取代传统的手动继电器控制,广泛应用在一些大中小型工业自动化系统中,成为了实现工业自动化的一种强有力的工具。基于这一技术的发展,人类发明了自动清洗消毒机。利用全自动清洗消毒机对医疗物品进行有效的清洗、消毒,既能保证消毒供应室的工作人员避免交叉感染,又能减轻工作人员的工作强度,更为医疗物品最终达到灭菌要求提供了保障。

本设计的自动清洗消毒机由清洗舱、框架组件、密封门、管路系统、控制系统、外装饰罩、手推车等部分组成。它的工作过程包括预洗、清洗、中和、冲洗、漂洗和干燥六个步骤。这个过程采用PLC来编程控制,可以做到高效精确的控制整个流程。本设计的程序采用顺序控制设计法的梯形图语言实现编程。

Abstract

In ordinary life, cleaning and disinfection is what we must do, or it is very easy to happen bacterial infections events. The hospital cleaning and disinfection is paramount. The cleaning and disinfection of the earlier work is the specialized personnel manual operation. It has many shortcomings, for example, wasting time and energy. It can also cause bacterial infections events.

The rapid development of PLC has set micro-computer technology, automation and control technology, communications technology in one, and gradually replace the traditional manual relay control systems, the PLC has Widely used in a number of small, medium and large industrial automation systems and has become a powerful tool for industrial automation systems. For the development of this technology, people made automatic washing and disinfectant machine. Use of the machine on medical items for effective cleaning and disinfection, which can ensure the working personnel of the sterilization supply &distribution avoid cross infection, and can reduce the strength of staff work. More medical items eventually get the sterilization requirements to provide the safeguard.

The design of this machine is composed of cleaning tank, framework components, seal gate, pipeline system, control system, outside decoration cover and wheelbarrow parts.When it is working, it has six steps. They are pre-washing, cleaning, neutralization, washing, rinsing and drying. This process adopts PLC programming control can make an efficient accurate control of sterilization. This design program of the sequence control design method ladder diagram language implementation programming.
