医院周期性评审-中英文对照

医院周期性评审包括对医院的书面评价、医疗信息统计评价、现场评价和社
会评价等方面的综合评审。
The periodic hospital accreditation is a comprehensive evaluation
which shall comprise of written evaluation, medical information
statistical evaluation, field evacuation and social evaluation etc.

书面评价的内容和项目包括：
Written evaluation includes:
（一）评审申请材料；
1, application materials for accreditation;
（二）不定期重点评价结果及整改情况报告；
2, results of irregularly scheduled key evacuation and the situation
report of rectification;
（三）接受省级以上卫生行政部门组织的专科评价、技术评估等的评价结果；
3, the evaluation result of specialized subject evacuation and technology
assessment, of which organized by the public health authority above
provincial level;
（四）接受地市级以上卫生行政部门设立的医疗质量评价控制组织检查评价
结果及整改情况；
4, the evacuation result and situation report of rectification by Medical
treatment and quality control organization which established by the
public health authority above prefecture-level;
（五）省级卫生行政部门规定的其他内容和项目。

医疗信息统计评价的内容和项目包括：
Medical information statistical evaluation includes:
（一）各年度出院患者病案首页等诊疗信息；
1, the clinical information includes the first page of medical records
for annual discharged patients etc.;
（二）医院运行、患者安全、医疗质量及合理用药等监测指标；
2, the monitoring indexes of hospital operation, patient safety, medical
quality and rational drug use etc.;
（三）利用疾病诊断相关分组（DRGs）等方法评价医院绩效；
3, evacuate the hospital performance with DRGs (Diagnosis Related Group
System) or other methods;
（四）省级卫生行政部门规定的其他内容和项目。

现场评价的主要内容包括：
Field evacuation mainly includes:
（一）医院基本标准符合情况；
1, the situation of comply with the hospital basic standard;
（二）医院评审标准符合情况；
2, the situation of comply with hospital evacuation standard;
（三）医院围绕以病人为中心开展各项工作的情况；
3, the situation of various works with patient-centered concept;
（四）与公立医院改革相关工作开展情况；
4, the situation of work related to public hospital reformation;
（五）省级卫生行政部门规定的其他内容

社会评价的主要内容和项目包括：
Social evaluation mainly includes:
（一）地方政府开展的医疗机构行风评议结果；
1, the results of behavior and attitude evaluation upon medical
institution, of which organized by the local government;
（二）卫生行政部门开展或者委托第三方社会调查机构开展的患者满意度调
查结果；
2, the survey results of patient’s satisfaction, of which organized by
the health administration or a authorized third party social
investigation agency;
（三）省级卫生行政部门规定的其他内容和项目。
