This document describes how to recover the enable password and the enable secret passwords. These passwords protect access to privileged EXEC and configuration modes. The enable password password can be recovered, but the enable secret password is encrypted and must be replaced with a new password. Use the procedure described in this document in order to replace the enable secret password.

交换机密码恢复教程通常情况下,可以为交换机设置enable密码来提供安全,在没有enable密码的情况下,无法对交换机修改任何配置,因此,在忘记enable密码的时候,就意味着无法改动交换机信息。
但是,如果能够物理上接触到交换机,便可以通过某些方法来清除已经配置的enable密码,甚至是交换机的所有配置。
Cisco交换机有个叫做nvram:的存储器,类似于PC机的硬盘,断电后数据不会丢失,交换机的配置都会存放在nvram:里面,配置文件名为startup-config,只要配置保存过,nvram:里面都会出现startup-config这个文件,每当交换机启动时,都会读取nvram:里面的startup-config文件,如果有密码,我们就无法进入enable模式,在这里需要提示,在cisco低型号的交换机中,如3750以下(包括3750), nvram:里面的startup-config文件会同时在flash:存储器里再生成一份名为config.text的文件,要注意的是这两个文件属同一文件,删除任何一个,两个同时丢失;在高型号的交换机中,如4500系列以上(包括45系列),只有nvram:,并没有名为flash:的这个存储器,所以就没有config.text 这个文件,与flash:存储器相对应的存储器叫做bootflash:,在这里面除了IOS 文件,没有别的。
所以我们在交换机有enable密码的情况下,要清除密码,只需要让交换机不读取nvram:中的startup-config即可。
操作步骤第一种情况(3750以下系列)(1)通常在交换机前面板(正视有端口的一面)左侧,有一个名为“mode”的按钮,用手按住此按钮不放,然后拔掉交换机电源线,过5秒钟再次插回该电源线,如果是3550,这时会看到交换机所有端口都会亮,等到交换机第一个端口熄灭后,则把按按钮的手放开;如果是3560,则端口灯不会亮,但左侧面板的灯会闪烁,等到第一个灯变为绿色不闪时,放开按按钮的手,(其它型号交换机类同),这时会看到登陆交换机的界面如下switch:(2)接下来我们要改掉nvram:里面的startup-config文件,让交换机找不到此配置文件,便认为没有密码,但我们只须改flash:下的config.text即可。

保存配置密码恢复(锐捷交换机密码破解)

一、组网需求
如果管理员忘记登陆密码,无法进入到配置模式进行配置,那么此时需要使用配置线进入CTRL层进行密码恢复,需要保留之前的配置信息。

1、做密码恢复需要准备好配置线(console线),密码恢复过程中,需要重启设备在CTRL
层操作完成;
2、密码恢复过程中,注意是重命名文件,不要选择删除文件,否则会导致配置丢失。

1、用配置线连接设备的console口。
2、打开pc 上的超级终端,设置如图:波特率设置为:57600
3、用超级终端配置网络设备,设置参考“日常维护> 设备登陆> Console方式登陆”

3)选择4,文件管理。
4)选择2,将配置文件config.text重命名为config.bak

笔者经过研究并实践,找到了对Cisco路由器口令的恢复方法,此方法对1500、1600、1700、2500、2600、3600等系列Cisco 路由器均适用,下面笔者以2610路由器为例。
在Cisco路由器中有一个配置注册码,即Configuration register value,使用show version命令后,在最后一行可以看到它的值,它是由4个16进制数组成,如0x2102,用二进制表示就是0010000100000010,它的后四位称为Boot field,路由器根据Boot field的值决定从哪里启动IOS系统,具体规定如表所示。
它的第六位(有下划线的位)一般为“0”,如果是“1”则表示让路由器启动的时候绕过配置文件进入到Startup模式,这时没有口令提示就直接进入特权配置模式,于是通过修改第六位的值就可以实现恢复口令的目的。
首先,准备一台装有Windows 9x/2000/xp操作系统的计算机,使用路由器所带的console线连接PC的com口和路由器的console口,然后进入PC,进入“开始→程序→附件→通信→超级终端”,建立一个新连接,使用COM串口,端口设置为:每秒位数9600bps、数据位8位、奇偶检验无、停止位1、数据流控制无。
然后打开路由器电源,键入回车键即可显示路由器启动信息。
然后,需要修改启动路由器的配置注册码(C onfiguration register value)。
在路由器启动的第一个60秒内按下CTRL+BREAK键,这时会终止路由器的启动,进入ROMMON模式下,即ROMMON 1>,输入下面的命令:Rommon 1 > confreg 0x2142(针对1600、2600系列路由器)Rommon 2 > reset (重新启动路由器)如果是1500、2500系列路由器,输入“o/r 0x2142”命令,0x2142中的“4”,用二进制表示就是0100,把配置注册码的第6位设置为“1”,也就是0010000101000010,这使得路由器启动的时候绕过配置文件进入到Startup模式。
