二、教学重点：单词及句式：对问题What’s your name? 能够正确快速的回答，能够使用句型My name is …能力：1、培养学生运用英语与老师、同学进行交流的能力。

三、教学过程：1.熟悉并使用英文名字在黑板上写一些常见的英文名字，问全班同学是否有英文名字，如果没有，则从黑板上的名字中选一个写在卡片上给他，并教会大家读。
同时，提问得到名字的同学“What’s your English name?”，有必要的话，可将其写在黑板上。
学会自己的英文名字，熟悉其他同学的英文名字。
课前要准备一些名字和卡片。
在大家都熟悉自己的英文名字之后，拿出准备好的面具，先复习熟悉的人物，例如举起Ann的面具，问同学 Wh o’s this?，引导同学回答 Ann。
同样复习其他人，并引导同学认识Peter 和Wang Ling。
回忆以前学过的人物，认识新人物。
2.课文学习让大家打开书第2页，告诉同学，今天Monkey 认识了两个新朋友 Peter 和Wang Ling 并且带他们去认识Uncle Booky 一家，然后让同学看看他们都说了什么。
引导同学先找出熟悉的词句，然后重点让同学理解What’s your name? My name is …两句话。
