该控制器适用于直流12V/24V、功率200W 以下、转速30000转以内、电气相位为60°/120°的直流无刷电动机。

主要特点:
霍尔传感器解码、电子换相、适用于电气相位为60°/120°的无刷直流电机。

PWM 无级调速,调速范围为额定转速的10%-100%。

提供了开环和闭环两种速度检测方式。

控制方式:启动/停止、制动/运转、正转/反转。

保护功能:过流保护、欠压保护、短路保护、过热保护、电机堵转保护、传感器错相保护。

使用注意事项:
1、电源一定不能接反,否则会损坏电机控制器。

2、电机的各相及检测线必须和控制器正确连接,否则电机无法正常运转。

3、PR1为力度调节电位器,顺时针调节为力度增加,逆时针调节为力度减小;
PR2为速度调节电位器,顺时针调节为速度减小,逆时针调节为速度增加。

4、调节力度、速度电位器时,请用小一字螺丝刀微调多圈。

USB和以太网由于空间现在本系统中功能被屏蔽。 USB接口可以实现系统的在线更新和维护。 基于实时以太网的高速控制器为伺服电机控制器发展的趋势(西门子和法兰克的数控系统都采用这种方式),对于分散式控制系统,这种控制方式可以省略掉入安阳控制系统中购买多串口卡的成本;并且,由于网络变压器的隔离特性,即使下层电路在未来的设计中不采用隔离设计,整个系统对于工业控制计算机仍然是隔离的,实用此种方法可以提高系统的稳定性,降低整个系统的成本,并实现控制系统固件库的在线远程更新。 以上两种功能可以在新的电路板设计中增加。 系统的多功能输入输出结构中预留绝对式磁栅编码器的接口单元。

启动模式 根据使用说明书 3

在系统的默认条件下,从主储存器启动,即BOOT0引脚位低,这种情况适合系统通过仿真器调试时使用。这种启动模式也是默认值。即在电路板中左部的BOOT0和BOOT1不连接任何短路冒。这样设计的目的是要早工业应用场合避免使用短路冒造成系统在震动工况下不稳定的情况。如图1.1 所示。

图1.1 从主FLASH启动的默认设置 如果系统需要有在线更新功能,本主控板可以通过USART2,USB OTG FS对系统进行更新。这时,要将系统的启动模式设置为系统储存器启动,即BOOT0短路冒连接。这方面的具体信息参考ST公司的“STM32F105xx and STM32F107xx system memory boot mode”。 具体设置如表1.1所示 表1.1 系统启动设置 启动模式 跳线设置 主闪存启动 BOOT0,BOOT1不连接任何短路冒 系统储存器启动 BOOT0短路冒连接 SRAM启动 BOOT0,BOOT1使用短路冒短接

系统复位 系统的NRST引脚(14脚)在低电平作用下复位整个系统,同时在EX2外部扩展引脚上的4脚可以输出RESET的复位信号、同时也可使系统在休眠的状态下被唤醒。 同时RESET同JTAG的15脚相连;还同网络芯片88348的29脚相连。 硬件连接图如图2.1所示 图 2.1 复位电路的连接 4

系统时钟 对于STM32F107来说,系统有两个时钟输入,一个是高速时钟输入,另一个是低速时钟输入。 考虑到大多数系统的需求,系统板只给出了高速时钟输入的时钟入口。时钟频率位25Mhz。 如果需要低速时钟可以使用EX2外部扩展引脚的5,6脚。时钟频率位32.768Khz。 同时系统的67脚即PA8还可以向88348网络芯片提供50Mhz的时钟信号用于RMII通信。 对于网络通信和USB接口使用stm32f107工控板提供了如图3.1所示的以下解决方案。

使用引出排针的3.3V进行供电。 所有的电源供电以及排针的引出在电路板上已经清晰的表明四个定位孔同GND相连,当使用铜柱同底层扩展板连接时,可扩大地线的范围;当需要连接柱带电时,可以用塑料柱连接。推荐铜柱和塑料柱的高度位10mm. 系统可由USB接口供电,无论USB口的控制信号PC9为何种状态时,系统都可以通过USB为系统供电。但是当PC9为高电平或者高阻状态时电流只可以由外部USB口向系统,而当PC9为低电平时,电流既可以从外部流入,也可从板子流出。所以,在系统使用其他供电形式并与计算机USB口相连接的情况下,要将PC9置为高阻态。当系统只使用USB口供电时PC9为何种状态都可以。 如果系统需要使用外部时钟,比如在断电的时候也保留部分寄存期的内容,就需要将外部扩展口EX2的8脚BAT引出同一块电池相连。

CAN总线部分 CAN总线使用TI的CAN总线驱动芯片SN65HVD230。这种芯片可以工作于三总模式:高速模式用于大多数工业场合;低功耗模式可以省电;斜率模式可以降低EMI。本系统只采用高速模式。高速模式的选择需要将RS(pin 8)拉低。在某些多机通信的场合,可能不需要120的负载电阻,这时,需要将位于电路板左上角标记有120字样旁边的电阻焊下来。 信号通过stm32f107的CAN1与这个驱动芯片相连,对于本电路板无需REMAP。连接引脚如表6.1所示。 表6.1 CAN总线连接表 引脚 管脚名 功能名 驱动芯片连接管脚 驱动芯片管脚功能 81 PD0 CAN1_RX 4 Receiver output

Micrium 发布的嵌入式实时操作系统uC/OS-III,它的特性如下:抢先式多任务处理,无数目限制的任务及优先级,时间片轮番调度法允许多任务具有相同的优先级。

抢先式多任务处理内核 uC/OS-III总是先运行已就绪的最重要的任务。uC/OS-III可以支持不限数目的任务,并允许被监视的任务在运行时增加其栈的大小。uC/OS-III同时支持不限数目的任务优先级。

时间片论调度 uC/OS-III允许多个任务运行在同一个优先级上,每个任务都拥有一个用户指定的运行时间周期。每个任务都可以被指定其自己的时间量,并且当不需要其全部的时间量的时候,任务可以放弃其拥有的时间片。uC/OS-III同时支持不限数目的内核事件,如任务、信号量、互斥体、事件标志、消息队列、计时器和内存分配等。uC/OS-III通常在运行时是可配置的。

几乎为零的中断禁止时间 uC/OS-III拥有大量的内部数据结构体和变量需要被访问。对这些关键区域的保护是通过锁定调度程序而不是关中断来实现的。中断几乎只被禁止了零时钟周期,这保证了实时操作系统可以对那些最快的中断做出响应。 综上所述,相对于uC/OS-II,uC/OS-III对提高伺服系统的相应速度与可扩展性有重大的意义。
