Programming Assignment #4 Bank ProgramFor the final assignment you have to implement a system where a bank employee can perform some common banking tasks (create account, deposit, withdraw etc.).The application interface should be a menu which offers the user (employee) the following options1.Create account (when creating an account, the account holder’s information shouldbe entered in the console and an unique account number should be automatically assigned to the account)2.View account (customer information, balance)3.View transactions (transaction inquiry, a user must input 2 dates and the transactionsthat occurred between these 2 days must appear; an exception should occurs if the input is wrong)4.Deposit5.WithdrawAn account must include some basic information about its holder (name, ID number, address). If as the result of a withdrawal an account is in overdraft, a warning message should be printed.The program should store all the account and the transaction information in files.The program must be implemented using an object-oriented approach; that is you must define the classes that describe each account and a class Person which represents a person holding an account.Consider using the Date class to record the date of transactions. INTRODUCTION 1.1 Background To better understanding an impact of online banking on people’s lives, the author conducted a series of investigations to show the advantages of online banking to the reader, and to make some improvements. It was requested on 14 February 2012. 1.2 Research Question The research question is the advantages of online banking and the evaluation and recommendations of customers for online banking. 1.3 Objectives The purpose of this report is to understand the definition of online banking, and the actual feelings of the customer for the use of online banking. The banks often want to seize the home user. With the increasing development of online banking, banks can bring considerable cost saving. Now the banks have seen the online banking as an additional high-value business. 2.2 The definition of online banking Online banking is the perform of making bank business deal or paying bills via the internet. This research was surveyed on 14 February 2012 to 13 March 2012. There are many students in Legenda college university has invited to fill the questionnaire survey. The statistics were analyzed using bar chart and excel. Because it can show people clearly the felling of customers after using the online banking and the advantages of online banking. The significance of the final outcome is by showing the advantages of online banking to promote its development. And it is also aware of the lack of online banking for the rectification program. According to all these can make online banking services become more perfect. 3.2 Research Framework The research should be followed a step, which is used to describe the framework of the various stages involved in the research and development and maintenance. There are several stages in the operational framework:
Step 1 understand the survey of the subject and scope of the investigation clearly Step 2 design survey form and survey content Step 3 collect relevant data and information Step 4 based on collected data and information to analyze and draw conclusions Step 5 compilations of relevant materials and complete record of the survey The purpose of step 1 is to have a clearly analysis of the survey questions, and based on an analysis to determine the scope of the investigation. The goal of step 2 is to select the appropriate form of investigation and finalize the survey content. Step three is to collect relevant data and useful information according to the selected form.
