如果选择了标量控制模式(参数99.08 被设置成 SCALAR),那么不能采用ID Run 。
在下面的条件下应该选择 ID Run (Standard 或Reduced) :
工作点接近零速。 在一个很宽的速度范围内电机转矩超过电机额定转矩并且不要求使用脉冲编码器时。
在启动电机辨识运行之前,首先启动电机并检查电机的旋转方向。在运行期间, 电机应该按前正转方向旋转。

运行标准电机辨识运行可以保证获得最高的控制精度。在运行标准电机辨识运行之前 电机必须与负载脱开。
3 = REDUCED
如果电机不能与负载解耦,那么选择该值。当电机运行时,如果机械损耗超过20%( 例如,该负载不能被断开)或不允许减小磁通(例如,有辅助设备和电机并联时), 那么选择简化电机辨识运行。

200公里动车组LKJ2000型监控记录装置操作使用手册二〇〇六年四月二十七日前言动车组LKJ2000型监控记录装置是在铁道部科技司、运输局领导下,株洲电力动车组研究所在LKJ2000型监控记录装置基础上进行升级和改进,满足动车组安全运行要求的新型列车超速防护设备。

是计算机在列车防冒、防超技术中的实际应用。

监控装置采用车载主机预先存储地面线路数据的控制方式,在运行时根据列车所处位置按顺序调取车载存储线路数据,按动车组信号显示状态并根据列车速度、距前方信号机距离实时计算控制模式曲线。

当列车速度超过控制模式限速时,装置实施报警、卸载、常用制动及紧急制动控制,防止列车越过关闭的信号机或超过各种允许速度。

由于监控装置对列车运行及动车组司机操作实施安全监控,如实记录运行中的各种数据。

因此要求在操纵动车组时需更加规范标准化作业,严格按规章制度行车、按线路允许速度行车、按列车运行图行车。

通过近几年来对监控装置的使用,不但保证了行车安全,防止了多次事故的发生,而且司机的技术素质也得到很大提高,对所担当区段的站场设备、线路纵断面以及线路允许速度、固定限速区段等方面比过去有了更全面的掌握。

变频器主要组成有:有源crowbar 、转子侧变流器、网侧变流器、LCL 滤波器、du/dt 滤波器、传动单元主接触器和充电电路。

有源crowbar 用来在电网出现异常情况时防止出现过电
压,通过产生容性无功功率来支撑电网。

Crowbar 可以根据电网电压对转子测变流器的影响开通或关断,保证传动单元在电网电压快速变化时能正常工作。

转子侧变流器
转子侧变流器包含一个或两个基于IGBT的逆变器模块(INU) ,
1.5MW使用两个400 kVA的IGBT模块并联,还包括NDCU-33 控
制单元。

该变流器装有绕线电机控制应用程序,该程序还通过光
纤对网侧变流器模块进行控制。

网侧变流器
网侧变流器是一个基于IGBT 模块的变流器(ISU),它带有AC或DC熔断器及可选设备。

它带有一个装有IGBT 供电控制程序的
RDCU-02 控制单元。

网侧变流器由转子侧变流器控制单元通过光纤进行控制。

(RDCU-02C 装有一个包含了光纤终接器的RDCO DDCS光纤通讯选件模块。

张力计工作原理
• 张力传感器的测量原理基于压磁效应, 即在机械加载 的情况下,导磁材料的 磁性能将发生变化。
• 测量元件是由特殊处理的金属薄片叠 压而成,初级和 次级线圈通过传感器 中的四个孔以同一方向垂直绕制。
• 传感器工作时,在初级线圈中通以交变 的电压,无机 械加载时由于两个线圈 时垂直绕制的,他们之间没有磁耦合, 因此载次级线圈中没有感应电压。当受 到机械加载时,初级线圈产生的磁场模 式发生变化,部分磁通将耦合到次级线 圈。此时,次级线圈中感应出一个交变 的电压,此 感应电压与传感器受到的 机械加载成正比。如下图所示
