大家好,很高兴在这里和你们相会在这里。
学习过《新目标英语(GO FOR IT简称GFI)》的同学都知道,里面的每一单元里面都会有两个section,其中每一个section都会有一个3a部分,一般都会是语篇文章,大部分老师都希望学生能够把这些语篇背下来。
老师以为在课堂上把语篇讲好了,学生就基本会背了。
但事实是,这只是完成了一半工作,不信就让老师被一篇短文看看,即使他/她全部理解了其中的内容也未必轻易能背下来。
我们班的学生很多都不喜欢背这些内容,一是枯燥乏味,二是背过之后非常容易忘记,所以积极性不高。
我在发现这个问题后思考了很久,就试着把教学中心放到如何帮助学生理解和背诵3a语篇上,所以我就把这个博客命名为“轻松背3a”(/easy3a )。
我发现,好多学生(包括我们)一般在背了3句话之后就会卡壳,原因是我们在死记硬背,或者是依靠中文来翻译英文,这样的效果很差。
我在我们班的学生中实验了这种依靠故事脉络图来记忆,学生只要几分钟就能够复述,十分钟就能够背下来,真的很有效果。
有道是一图抵千言,有故事情节的图更是妙不可言。
