Review documented procedure on how the factory maintains quality records. The Procedure must Is there a written procedure that defines how quality records are stored, indicate the retention period is at minimum 5 years after production has ended. Record review must protected, and disposed of as well as a defined retention period? validate records have been maintained for a minimum of 5 years after production has ended; or maintained since the creation of the Document Retention Procedure. Does the QA (Quality Assurance) or QC (Quality Control) department operate separately from the Production department? Does the quality department have coverage during all shifts? Review an Organizational Chart to see where the QA or QC Department reports. If they report to General Manager, President, etc. score a YES. If they report to anybody in the Production Department, score is a NO. If organizational chart is not available, interview factory QA/QC leadership. Review random documentation of shift schedules. If shift schedule is not available, interview factory QA/QC leadership. For every production shift, there must be QC coverage.

2.2 Test flow chart 2.3. Test station instruction ● A.Before SMT, the memory chip will be offline program by offline download tools. The chip has been download will be mark, then go to next station. In offline download station, the basic part of Software is loaded into the chip. The offline download tool is 3th part software. Using a programer and a socket. Empty memory ship + Flash Software = Operative memory ● B.Before depanel, the 4 main boards will be assign 4 PSN by traceability system. The SN program write down those PSN to each main baord. Those 4 PSN are assign by traceability system. And those 4 PSN is relate with a panel SN which is tracing materiel. The PSN write down here is for our traceability system can trace the information after this station. Battery calibration will be do in PSN station. ● C.Board test station will run the calibration program to auto calibration the RF parameter. Call test station will auto test RF performence. Normally this is made by creating a call between the phone and a cellular tester. If an error happen or test result over range, the program will return a error code which will show the error occured. Board level test HW tools need in those phase. Including fixture, test cable, RF cable, interface box and so on. ● D.ANT tests in non-signal mode. Let the phone enter calibration mode, transmite a typical power, measure received power in callbox. Iterate those step in all test channel. This test is test for connection between PCBA and antenna. ● E.CIT tests check all user interface parts are assembled OK and working. Tests include keypad testing,
