摘要在一条成品油顺序输送管线中,顺序输送的循环次数越少,每一种油品的一次输送量越大,在管道内形成的混油段和混油损失也随之减少,但另一方面,油品的生产和消费通常是均衡进行的,各种油品每天都在生产和消费,顺序输送管道对每一种油品来讲是间歇输送。
循环次数越少,就需要在管道的起、终点以及沿线的分油点和进油点建造较大容量的储罐区来平衡生产、消费和输送之间的不平衡,油罐区的建造和经营费用就要增加。
因而,最优循环次数的确定应从建造、经营油罐区的费用和混油的贬值损失两方面综合考虑。
成品油顺序输送管道设计应首先根据输量确定管道的管径以及首末站、分输站、中间泵站等基本工艺条件,同时考虑管道应能适应不同季节成品需求量的变化.在确定了这些基本工艺条件后,顺序输送和罐容的优化只与管道输送次序、混油处理方式和油罐设置等有关。
优化批次、罐容时应根据不同批次分别计算首站罐容、分输油库和末站罐容,并根据输送顺序计算混油量以及混油处理的各项费用,最终确定管道的最优批次和罐容配置。
本文以所给的设计任务书为依据,在进行了相关设计计算的基础上利用计算机编程对该管道进行了水力计算、经济计算,确定了最经济的管道工艺参数(如管径、壁厚、工作压力、泵站数),并计算出了该方案中油品的输送天数、最优循环次数、首末站所需的最优油罐容积,并确定了油品的切割方案,绘制了水力坡降、和首站工艺流程图.关键词:管道输送批次混油量混油处理罐容设计AbstractWithin a product oil botched transportation pipeline, the less the transportation circles are and the more the transportation sum of each kind of oil, the less the mixed oil segment and oil mixture loss will form. It can transport water, crude oil, natural gas, oil product etc. It has a number of advantages: high transmission volumes, long distance, safety and cost-effectiveness, which is rapid developed in all the world. The subject of pipeline transportation is pipeline; the core of pipeline project is nozzle welding. So, it has very important significance to develop high efficient and reliable performance pipeline all-position automatic welding machine.An orbit pipeline welding robot has been developed to solve the problem of automatic welding during pipeline construction in the fields. Its key techniques consist of developing a new type of travel unit, welding torch as cillating unit, robot orbit and intelligent control system etc. The development work of the orbit pipeline welding robot mechanic system is introduced in the paper.The main illustration is about the system's structure,action principle,key points of design and machining technies and verifying calculation for selecting reduction gearbox with the wire feeder motor and the diameter of the wire-feed wheel. The application in fieldwork shows that the robot can trave1 along the orbit stably and reliably and carry through all-position welding. 石油管材环绕式自动测厚系统的设计

石油管材环绕式自动测厚系统的设计该文章主要是针对长庆油田商檢所检测壁厚的实际工作情况,结合数字化网络技术采取自动化控制方式而设计研制的一款石油管材环绕式自动测厚系统。
本文主要从硬件设计软件系统及机械原理两方面进行介绍,自动测厚系统的完成能对石油专用管360度壁厚的检测,并自动生成相应的检验记录表格。
对于商检所对石油钢管测厚工作带来全新的工作模式。

目前绝大多数油田包括商检所在内对石油管材壁厚检测均用超声波手持测厚仪对管材壁厚检测。
测厚数据采用手填记录方式,工作劳动强度大且现场安全风险大。
2 自动测厚系统的设计研制设计2.1硬件部分控制硬件住芯片采用Arduino51(Arduino UNO)开发板,基于开放源代码的USB接口Simple i/o接口板并且具有使用类似JA V A,C语言的IDE集成开发环境。
可以很容易实现与Flash 和Processing 的互动。
集成了代码编写功能、分析功能、编译功能、调试功能等一体化的开发软件服务套[1]。
2.2机械部分在石油专用管测厚工作中需要中端及公端三个位置,每个90度一个位置,每个位置测量4个点,共计测量12个点的壁厚或者通过控制能够在管体任意位置进行管体测取更多部位的壁厚值。
结合机械制造原理,分析运动轨迹,采取电机与管体轴线距离10度夹角,保证机械手臂在圆形管体上环绕式运动前进后退,行程可以覆盖整个检验管体区域。
同时针对石油上常用的¢144、¢273、¢139等不同管,需要准备多种同管径配套的机械手臂,才能满足检测要求,工作量大且繁琐。
为了解决这个问题主要采用拼接式连接方式,来适用于各种不同管径。
2.3软件部分系统控制程序采用Qt这款跨平台C++图形用户界面应用程序开发框架。
它既可以开发GUI程序,也可用于开发非GUI程序,实现了对于iOS的完全支持,新增WinRT、Beautifier等插件,废弃了无Python接口的GDB调试支持,集成了基于Clang的C/C++代码模块,并对Android支持做出了调整,至此实现了全面支持iOS、Android、WP。

To ensure the smooth and safe gas transmission pipeline, pipe used also put forward some high requirements. In order to remove the rust and steel surface oxide skin and improving the adhesion and coating on the surface, often need for special anti-rust, derusting processing. For corrosion heavier solid metal paint, surface treatment, use commonly, cannot achieve clear standard, to achieve a specific standards, often need to adopt the way into derusting, surface derusting, for good quality of the durability of the enormous influence after coating, can make the coating are more durable number four times after treatment, shot from the metal surface, although the micro is still uneven, butthe appropriate to the coating is concave and convex, because it helps the flow and adornment, make the metal surface and coating has very good adhesion of the paint, particularly effective, need more shot blasting processing, metal surface strengthening function on metal surface derusting, coating quality of life around 50% influence, derusting, more use manual work, steel wire brush, sand paper burnish, etc, these methods not only the efficiency is low, the quality is poor, the labor intensity, and environmental pollution and harm to human health, used in place of blasting, often USES a open shot room or directly open shot blasting room not only establish high cost, structure still exists, complexity of open shot unavoidable disadvantages, severe environmental pollution and harm to human health.Currently most using metal pipe wall derusting chemical pickling method,not only the cost is high, quality derusting unstable, and pollution is serious, the production of operators, unfortunately bad health hazard. Also can form rust corrosion protective coating for surface roughness, thus affecting the coating quality, reduce the pipeline using life.Metal surface sanding derusting process is believed to be the best alternative pickling derusting, especially used in metal sheet metal structure and appearance of coaring, rust, and good effect has been widely used.Cleaning is the most effective before coating surface cleaning method. Again good coating, it is impossible to firmly adhere to the surface, in dirty cleaning not clean before coating, coating failure caused by means of cost, the original coating, coating, all losses, costs, corrosion, except for repairing suffer loss, cease, still need to rejoin the manpower and material resources to painting. This method of pipe length and diameter are wider range of adaptability, productivity high, cleaning effect is good, and the worker labor conditions improved greatly reduce labor intensity, and increased primer, improve adhesion to steel corrosion and corrosion resistance, extend the ability of the pipeline.Use abrators after cleaning the surface of steel has certain anchor grain depth,thus increasing the adhesion of the paint, improve the corrosion resistance of steel and corrosion resistant capability and prolong the life of pipeline. Cleaning is refers to the use of mechanical centrifugal cast to accelerating projectile after cleaning process of workpiece. On the inner surface of tube cleaning shot peening technology, often used for pipe length, its advantage is there greater scope and diameter of adaptability, productivity high, cleaning effect is good, and the worker labor conditions improved greatly decreased, labor intensity.Along with the development of technology, shot blasting equipment, equipment parts into the consumption is increasing. Especially the projectile, as our country's shot blasting equipment still mainly adopts the projectile which, qualitative hard brittle, internal organization of osteoporosis, work very easily broken, so its consumption. And when the pill, which adopts the blade and into the guard board, impeller, consumption rate is very high abrasion. According to the statistics, roughly about SanWanTai shot at work, consumes unworn about 2 ~ 3 billion yuan. The future development direction of blasting technology should be practical, high efficiency, save the development direction. Do the following:(1)simple structure:Shot automatic derusting machine as a cleaning tools, the main function is to metal surface derusting and reinforcement, so the factory for removal of the additional processing all kinds of special structure, universal characteristic.(2) cost:Automatic derusting and shot used for precision machining device is simple, structure. We know that every improve precision grades of a machine to its cost, lower investment returns to factories to obtain the maximum benefit, as far as possible to reduce the cost.(3) easy maintenance:Due to the use of automatic derusting machine shot in the process of machine, especially for internal wear separators and shot in the largest part wear, so to ensure easy, convenient maintenance and replacement should be simplified structure.The design of the large diameter steel cleaning solution to the problem of low, productivity, its main technical performances can achieve clear standard pipe. Design can be to "west-east gas pipeline and gas transportation etc. Used for surface treatment, the performance good stability, low failure rate and cleaning effect is good, can be applied in practical production. Compared with the imported equipment, low cost, high suitability for application.
