Activity 7 Evaluation Peer-editing Evaluate the writing 教学过程: 本节课秉承了任务型英语教学的理念,考虑到教材文本的特点以及教学目标的需要,将The task-feedback circle中的环节做了一定的调整,交替使用了top-down和bottom-up两种教学途径,整体设计教学环节,思路如下:
1. 设置任务。 教师向学生说明本节课的任务是“写一段简短的家乡的天气预报并与同学分享。”让学生明确本节课的教学目标是:By the end of the lesson, you will be able to:
Identify(识别) the weather icons . Talk about your weather chart. Write a short weather report. Share the weather report. 让学生明确本节课的学习目标,旨在使学生有目的地进行学习,能给学生一定的思维启示,明晰自己的学习思路,课后容易检验自己的学习效果。
2. 复习引入。 教师采用头脑风暴的活动,辅之以天气符号,利用板书的发散型思维导图引导学生复习有关天气的词汇,构成词汇网。学生通过观察板书(图1),教师引导其通过构词法的不同发现合成词,并带领学生学习本课的目标词汇:thunderstorm,thunder shower,sunrise,sunset;然后找出书中其他合成词;最后通过完成书中练习let’s do it3检验自己的学习效果。

3. 学习课文。
1)学生听课文,初步整体感知文本信息,并从中获取有关天气预报的信息,边听边做听力记录。教师要求学生在相关信息下划线,指导学生进行听力活动时的学习策略。听力结束后,

weather rainy 问一问学生都划了什么内容,并引导学生对这些内容进行归纳,总结出谈论天气预报的四个要素:the date;the weather;the temperature;the exact time of sunrise and sunset。
2) 学生阅读课文。通过回答细节性问题进一步理解课文,并通过think-pair-share谈论天气预报的活动以及用关键词进行天气预报的口头表达,以说促写,初步建构天气预报的写作框架。 What’s the date today? What’s the weather like? What’s the temperature? What’s the exact time of the sunrise and sunset?
3)学生帮助Danny完成天气预报。通过完成书中练习let’s do it1的活动,学习完整的天气预报,对之前的口头表达以写的形式进行梳理,使思路更流畅。接着教师引导学生说一说天气预报中有用的句子。学生除了说出含有四要素的句子,教师还要引导学生关注文中“Hello everyone.” “There will be…” “Maybe there will be…”等句子,帮助学生了解天气预报的通俗自然性以及客观概括性特点。
4)学生听天气预报。通过听一段天气预报的范例,完成书中练习let’s do it2的活动。教材中的听力练习本身就是一个培养学生听力策略的活动设计,学生在听的过程中集中精力获取天气预报的四要素,并记录下来完成表格,巩固强化天气预报的写作框架。
4. 谈论天气预测表。 学生先将表格填完整,然后与同伴谈一谈自己对未来两日天气的预测,如果认为有不合适的地方(如:天气与温度不符等),互相给出意见更正。 5. 写天气预报。 1)学生根据自己的表格,写一天的天气预报。教师在学生写作的过程中关注他们的写作情
