油墨流动度检验方法及实验结果
1、原理
一定体积的油墨样品在规定压力下,经一定时间,所扩展成圆柱体直径大小,以毫米表示之。
2、工具与材料
(1)调墨刀 木柄锥形钢身,长200mm ,最宽处20mm ,最窄处8mm 。
(2)玻璃板 200mm×200mm×5mm。
(3)乙醇 工业用。
(4)棉纱。
3、仪器
(1)流动度测定仪 由质量为(200±0.05)g 五等砝码一个;质量为(50±0.05)g 、厚度为5~6mm 、直径为65~70mm 圆玻璃两片;金属固定盘一个组成。
(2)吸墨管 容量0.1mL 。
(3)透明度量尺 分度值1mm 。
(4)定时钟。
4、检验条件
检验应在在温度(25±1)℃,相对湿度65%±5%条件下进行。
5、检验步骤
(1)油墨试样及流动度测定仪应事先置于恒温室内保温20min 。
(2)用调墨刀取油墨试样2~3g ,在玻璃板上调动15次(往返为一次)。
用吸墨管吸取试样0.1mL ,将管口及周围余墨刮去,使试样与管口齐平,管内油墨不得含有气泡。
(3)将吸墨管内油墨挤出,用调墨刀把墨刮置于金属固定盘内的圆玻璃片中心,并将吸墨管芯的余墨刮掉,抹于上圆玻璃片中心。
