2022年-2023年最新香港研究生入学面试分析及建议近年来，随着大陆与香港地区政治、经济、文化交流的加强，特别是粤港澳大湾区构想的提出及多方积极努力建设，越来越多的人进入香港的高校进一步深造，提升自身的综合素养。

在此，结合本人多年的经验，从以下几个方面来对入读香港高校的面试进行分析，谈谈自己的一些感受和理解。
（一）我们要明白他们面试的目的是什么大多数情况下，基于受香港教育教育体制及教育理念的影响，他们的面试目标也非常直接、明确且具体。
通过面试，他们无外乎达到三个目的：一是测试面试者的英文水平，尤其是听力和口语表达的能力。
作为一个国际性大都市，无论在科学研究，还是职场，亦或是商业场合，香港地区大多地方正式的工作语言就是英语。
而且，香港高校的绝大部分专业都是用英语教学的。
所以，英文水平是他们考核人才的一个重要技能。
它的好坏决定着受试者未来入学后能否听懂学校老师的授课及顺利完成专业学习，能否有能力按时且高质量完成各种作业、小组学术研讨、研究论文和达到参与其他活动的要求；二是考查面试者的心理素质和个人应急反应能力。
无论是学术研究，商务职场，亦或是人际交往，各种场合，各个组织单位都把过硬的心理素质和良好的应急反应能力视作一个人的核心竞争力。
很多事实也证明，个人的心理素养和反应能力是决定未来此人能走多远，发展到何种程度的至关重要的关节和因素。

香港授课式研究生的面试内容通常并不会涉及到专业的问题，只是事先做个简单的沟通，确认你的申请意向，考察你的申请意愿和动机。
