Unit 11 Cooking with Mocky一、理论依据与指导思想情境教学是以情感驱动、心理整合、生活型和角色转换原理为依据，通过运用实物演示、角色表演、游戏活动和音乐渲染等形式，创设与学生认知水平相适应的、符合新课程理念的、具有时代特征的典型场景和情感氛围，从而使教学过程和教学内容情境化，满足学生的心理需求，激发学生的学习兴趣，提高教学效果。
因此，根据本次教学内容的特点以及学生的特点，我为学生设计了制作自己喜欢蛋糕的情境，以此来激发学生的学习兴趣和表达欲望。
二、教学背景分析教学内容:本课是北师大版教材小学英语（一年级起）五年级第二学期第十一单元 Cooking with Mocky第二课时，内容为新单词salt plate knife cookbook pour bake；复习做蛋糕要用到的原料单词flour a liter of milk sugar butter；描述做蛋糕步骤的动词put add break mix以及描述做蛋糕的步骤。
本节课的单词量大，内容多，因此我在各个环节都为学生适时的创设情境，使教学过程和教学内容情境化，激发学生的学习兴趣，增强交际的真实感，让他们在相对真实的情境中体验语言的运用，学习语言并逐步练习运用相关的单词句子，能够向他人描述做蛋糕的步骤及方法。
学生情况：授课班级为我校的五年一班学生，该班学生性格活泼好动，因此我根据学生的特点设计了用尝实物的环节，帮助教师做蛋糕并且利用小组活动帮助学生更好的练习做蛋糕的步骤。
教学方式：本课伊始运用观看视频的方式引起学生的注意，激发学生的学习兴趣，利用美味的蛋糕图片吸引学生的眼球，同时激发学生做蛋糕的欲望。
在课堂过程中以复习做蛋糕的步骤为导入，接着让学生帮助教师做蛋糕师生互动，小组内做蛋糕生生互动的方式进行交流学习。
三、教学目标：1.学习新单词salt plate knife cookbook pour bake。
2.能够运用适当的动词描述做蛋糕的步骤。
3.培养学生团结协作的品质。

学习量词 a kilogram of 学习动词pour学习量词 a cup of学习salt（3）复习动词put复习add breakmix sugar, eggs, butter and milk.复习名词。
出示图片flour 学习a kilogramof flour, two kilograms offlour出示图片milk学习a liter ofmilk, two liters of milk,将一升牛奶倒入杯中学习pour，请学生跟我一起说一起做出示课件，将牛奶倒入杯中，变成a cup of milk, two cups ofmilk拿出一个杯子，I have somesugar. Do you want to taste？请学生进行品尝，并说出单词sugar，拿出另一个杯子请学生品尝，并提问Is it sugar?回答no。

复习动词的同时渗透做蛋糕的步骤，为后面的听力练习，对话学习以及小组活动做铺垫。
3.听力练习学习bake 出示图片（听力练习中的图），让学生来描述图片中做蛋糕的步在有需要的时候进行学习更能让描述图片听力练习学习plate, knife, fork学习knife学习plate学习fork 骤，第一幅烤蛋糕，学习bake，同时边说词边做动作也能帮助学生进行很好的理解和记忆。

让学生进行充分的听力练习，为后面的小组活动进行大量的语言输入创设情境，让学生在情境中体验语言运用时的需要，诱发学习动机，让学生更好的进行学习。

用小组合作的方式进行做蛋糕的练习，既能帮助学生快速熟悉做蛋糕的步骤，同时可以培养学生小组合作的意识。

一、有趣的导入激发学生的学习兴趣利用许多精美的蛋糕图片制作了视频，在课前放给学生看，让他们感受美味的蛋糕，激发他们想吃蛋糕，想动手做蛋糕的欲望，为本课的教学内容和小组活动做了铺垫。

故事讲述的是Ken ,Ann和Mocky 三人合作，根据烹饪书上的指示为爸爸特意制作蛋糕的过程。
故事反映的是西方文化，是学生了解西方饮食习惯和餐饮文化的好机会，但蛋糕的制作过程对学生来说是全新的内容，因为对于大多数学生而言在家里参与制作蛋糕的机会很少，所以让学生能够理解并说明制作蛋糕的步骤，并合理运用put.add.break.mix 等动词,是本课的重点和难点所在。
但故事中Mocky想要一个大蛋糕而有意夸张烹饪书上的指示是本故事的趣味所在。
同时故事中出现大量表示食品材料数量的用法，例如：three kilograms of flour .a liter of milk 等。
虽然在本课时中不作重点学习，但要求学生能够在活动中理解，明白数与量的概念。
教学目标：1、知识，能力目标（1）能够理解故事内容（2）能够理解，听、说、模仿写add mix break flour butter sugar（3）能够简单描述制作蛋糕的步骤2、情态、策略，文化意识目标主动参与并练习所学习内容，积极运用所学英语进行表达和交流，通过这样的学习过程培养学生的秩序感，发展学生的动手能力和与人合作的能力。
教学重难点：理解故事内容，说明蛋糕制作步骤教法和学法指导：1、基于整体建构的主体教学理论指导与实践2、遵循在理解的基础上，听，说，读，写目标语言的认知规律进行指导。

【教学反思】
首先我的引入出现了问题。
本课是在父亲节的背景下展开的，Ken与Ann要在父亲节为父亲做一个蛋糕，Mocky要帮忙。
我的引入问题是：你爱你的父母么？父亲节快要到了，你准备送父亲什么礼物？可是就在我问：Do you love your parents? 时，一个男孩子大声地回答：No 由于我对于情景预设的准备不够充分，所以面对这种突发状况我的处理不是很恰当。
第二，我在使用课堂用语时不很简洁。
应该针对五年级孩子所能理解的口语，尽量用简短的口头语，在说出指令时，用最简单的句型，同时加入适当的肢体语言。
我的课堂用语有些拖沓。
对于小组竞争这件事，我把全班分为7个小组，本想利用竞争力提高学生的积极性，谁知到最后并没有形成良性竞争。
反而为课堂带来了麻烦。
课程预设和实际实施有很大的出入，所以在以后的备课过程中我应细致考虑可能出现的状况，并准备好应对方法。
同时，还应加强自己应付突发状况的能力。
我认为，一个好老师不仅要为课程细致认真地准备，更重要的是，能够根据不同的学生制定不同的教学方法。
我要走的路还很长，但我不会退缩。
