第二条VIP卡的申请条件及具体折扣优惠一、普卡：一次性购买xx公司代理品牌正价商品满2280元，可办理8.8折卡，当次不享受优惠。

第六条VIP的延续和升级一、延续VIP卡有效期为二年，有效期内持卡累积消费达到1000分以上的积分标准，有效期可延续二年，否则自动失效。
二、升级1、已持有普卡的，有效期内购物积分满二万分，可以申请升级为金卡。
2、对符合条件升级的，公司将以电话或短信提示卡主办理升级换卡手续。
持卡人也可通过上网登录xx公司网站，或到xx公司各店铺查询获得积分情况，自行到店铺提出升级要求。

2会员资格的办理：
* 请您持购物凭证、有效身份证原件，亲赴越龙专卖店依据相应资格条件办理越龙VIP卡。

* 为更加有效的保护您的各项权益，我们实行VIP卡实名制，请您本人亲赴办理。
* VIP会员有升级权益，当您满足升级条件时，我们的服务人员会提醒您至门店提升会员资格层级，享受更多会员权益。

* VIP银卡会员享受8.8折优惠购越龙正价商品；
* VIP金卡会员享受8折优惠购越龙正价商品；

4会员积分与积分使用
* 积分的获取：正价商品每消费10元积1分，特价商品每20元积1分。
* 积分的使用：可以根据累计的积分在越龙天猫店或官网查询相应积分对应的礼品，每一年积分将在次年1月1号前清零，请注意及时兑换礼品，礼品可以天猫店或门店直接兑换。
5会员专享服务
* 您使用VIP会员卡购买的商品发生退货情况时，须同时持购物时所使用的VIP 会员卡与该商品的销售小票办理退货手续。
* 因退换货导致申办、更换或升级VIP会员卡条件不再成立时，您所办理的VIP 会员卡将被收回。
*您使用会员卡购本次退换的商品所得积分，必须进行积分清除，若积分已经进行兑换、赠礼等手续，必须退还，或缴纳等额现金。
* 您使用返利券购买的商品因质量问题放声退货时，将按原付款方式为您退款。
