b)Presentation
(Books closed.) Revise some of the objects in the classroom, e.g.a desk, a chair. Place a toy on the chair, another under a desk and one in the box. As I place each one, sayLook! The doll is on the chair. The doll is under the desk, etc.
Move the toys around and get the pupils to tell me about the position of the toys. Give prompts if necessary.
c)Practice
(Books open.) Play PB tape. The pupils listen and follow in their books. Continue to play the tape and ask the pupils to repeat the words after the beeps.
Ask the pupils to work in pairs to act the complete conversation. The pupils take turns to role-play Tim and his mother.
