常⽤贴⽚三极管参数及丝印现在贴⽚三极管⼴泛⽤于各种电⼦产品中,但像SOT23封装的贴⽚三极管,因其体积较⼩,管壳上⼀般打印不下完整型号,通常都是采⽤⼀些代码来表⽰其型号,这给使⽤与维修带来了⼀些⿇烦。

本⽂介绍⼀些⽬前最常⽤的贴⽚三极管的丝印及其主要参数,供电⼦爱好者参考。

1、S9012,PNP型三极管,Pcm=300mW,Icm=500mA,BVceo=25V。

2、S9013,NPN型三极管,Pcm=300mW,Icm=500mA,BVceo=25V。

9012和9013经常作为互补管使⽤。
