Before I went to middle school, my parents changed their job, they found a good job in the big city, so I needed to leave with them. Moving to another city means I have to say goodbye to my friends and this beautiful place. It is hard for me to say goodbye, my memories are around here, the water, the mountain and the people are so familiar to me. I have to face the new people and new environment, there are so many challenges waiting for me. But it is time to say goodbye, I need to grow up and be a strong person. I believe that I can conquer the difficulties.

When I was very small, I wanted to do some things as the boys did, then the elder told me that I wouldn’t sueed, because I was a girl, I should do the girl things. I was very angry, though I was a girl, I could do many things as the boys did. Now many years have passed, I keep telling myself that I can do, I will never lag behind the boys. Actually, I have done many boys things, it turns out that I am an excellent girl. I learn that never let other people limit yourself, just do what you want to do. Girls’ ability never lag behind the boys’ ability.

Once, I read a story in a book, it told about an old man was on the train, he lost one of his shoes on the window, to everyone’s surprise, he dropped his another shoe out of window quickly. People asked why he was doing that, he said that if the person picked up one of his shoes, it was useless, but a pair of shoes could be valuable. The old man is so general and he has the positive attitude towards life. The positive attitude is very important, when we meet difficulties, we will get over them. If we feel frustrated all the time, then we will not be happy. We can’t change bad things, but we can change our attitude.
曾经，我在一本书上读到一个故事，讲述了在火车上一位老人，他在窗口弄丢了一只鞋子，令大家感到吃惊的是，他立刻把另外一只鞋子也扔出窗外。

人们问他为什么这样做，他说如果有人捡到他的一只鞋子，是没有用处的，但是一双鞋子就有价值。

Someday, when I was watching a movie, I liked the heroine so much, she looked so beautiful. The girl in the movie not only dressed very well, but her hairstyle looked so perfect. I wanted to have her hairstyle, so that I would be very charming and caught other boy’s attention. I talked to my mother my idea, at first, she laughed but she still supported me. My mother took me to have my hair cut, I felt so nervous and excited, thinking that I could be a pretty girl soon. It took me three hours to change my hairstyle, I looked so unnatural and after a month, my friends spoke highly of my hairstyle. I was so happy. 有一天,当我在看电影的时候,我很喜欢这个女主角,她看起来很漂亮。

Today, my parents were not at home, they had something to deal with, so they left me alone. I was so happy because I could be in charge in my own house, it made me feel like I was a grow-up.
I wanted to give my parents a surprise, so I planned to clean the house. It was not easy to do the house chores, first, I swept the floor and took notice of every corner. And then I rearranged the messed things. I just wanted to make sure the room would be very clean at first sign. When my parents went home, they couldn’t believe what I had done, they were so happy that I could take care of myself.
