SAS使用手册概述视频网络服务器是安技新公司开发的数字视频监控管理中心。

SAS服务器不但可以增强网络安全系统的总体稳定性,并可通过实时网络备份进一步保障数据安全。

SAS服务器协调管理所有相连的数字录像机,按照预设的分组或对每台录像机单独进行控制和监视。

SAS1000服务器使用安技新独特的实时视频流技术,可同时对多台数字录像机进行实时备份。

即使数字录像机发生故障,用户也不需要担心会丢失重要的录像或数据。

SAS1000服务器另有独特的断点备份功能,在网络故障时也可保证影像的完整无缺。

用户可通过SAS1000服务器查看相连的数字录像机的状态、统计数据以及有关信息。

使用安技新SAS1000和CCMS(中控监视工作站),用户可以将数以百计的安技新网络数字录像机连接起来,进行大规模视频监控管理。

2 系统简介2.1 系统的应用范围Smart SAS变电站自动化监控系统,可为变电站、发电厂、梯级电厂流域控制中心,以及网、省、地调,或大型工矿企业的集控中心提供智能化的监控,如调度自动化系统、配电监控管理系统等;也可用于一般工矿类的自动化监控,如污水处理自动控制系统等。

2.2 系统运行环境要求Smart SAS变电站自动化监控系统是一个跨平台的软件,能在Intel、Mac等硬件平台上运行,支持Windows、Linux操作系统,数据库采用MySQL。

2.3 Smart SAS变电站自动化监控系统主要功能采集各厂站子站系统设备的运行状态、通讯状态、运行参数等信息。

能处理AI、DI、AO、DO、PI、EVENT、VI等类型的数据,把接收的到的数据进行工程变换,能进行两级限值检查,监测量越限会发生报警,各种处理后的数据存入MYSQL数据库中,供不同的应用程序调用对各种类型的事件、告警信号、操作日志等信息分类保存于MYSQL数据库中,并依各种条件进行查询检索。

可友好地直观地监视各厂站及子站一二次系统接线图、各类曲线图、棒形图,能输出Excel格式的报表。

具有强大、便捷的图形参数维护功能,使得界面表现方式更丰富直观,实时、历史、工程数据库管理更简易。

告警信息管理功能,可实现分层、分类、分级告警,以便用户或工程服务人员快速定位告警事件。

事故追忆功能,可记录事故前、事故发生和事故后三个阶段的系统运行状态,通过各AI\DI量的数值再现,使用户或工程服务人员更易分析查找故障发生的原因。

用户权限日志管理功能,能依用户需求进行权限设置,针对地区可设置用户组及访问权限,针对人员可限定所能操作厂站的保护设备、针对系统设备可限定有权使用的人员,对每一个用户的操作进行记录并生成日志,以便查询。

系统运行环境监测功能,能监测系统节点的在线、离线,进程的运行状态、厂站设备的CPU负荷率、内存容量占用及空间使用情况等。

对时功能,具备IRIGB、NTP、规约等对时功能。

Smart SAS变电站自动化监控系统具有组态化、模块化、标准化的特点。

各功能模块具有相对独立性、界面友好、使用方便。

Smart SAS变电站自动化监控系统具有很强的通用性,既能运行在单机情况下,满足小规模应用的需要,又能通过网络组成多机系统,满足较大规模的应用需要。

3 需要掌握的基本知识在使用Smart SAS变电站自动化监控系统时,用户或工程服务人员必须掌握一些基础知识,如:计算机的基本操作、通信常识以及保护设备等,在本说明书中不再对一些基本的知识进行阐述。

3.1 所应掌握的计算机类知识计算机的组成、显示器、键盘、鼠标,打印机、音箱及其连接;计算机开机关机、登录、退出等;鼠标的单击、双击、拖动及右键的使用;Windows或Linux的使用,如:开始菜单、我的电脑、输入法、任务栏等功能的使用;Windows或Linux的界面风格及其使用风格;MySQL数据库的简单使用;网络的连接及其状态查看。

3.2 所应掌握的监控知识监控系统的模拟量、状态量或者说AI、DI、AO、DO测点的含义;监控系统的原理;监控系统一般组成。

4 Smart SAS工作原理4.1 Smart SAS变电站自动化监控系统技术特点Smart SAS变电站自动化监控系统是一套基于跨硬件平台和软件平台的系统,能运行于各类硬件平台和软件平台。

Smart SAS系统采用面向对象、模块化的设计思想。

系统内的各功能、任务模块和数据库可以分布到不同的计算机节点上。

遵循国际开放性系统的标准。

软件采用C++和QT编程语言,网络协议采用TCP/IP通信协议。

主站与子站公用实时数据库,历史数据、管理数据入商用库MYSQL,实时库与商用库有机结合。

满足故障信息快速响应、信息安全管理和信息一致性的需要。

支持一体前置机模式、单前置机模式、主备前置机模式和分布式前置机模式,适应了不同应用的要求。

支持IEC61850、IEC60870-5-104、IEC60870-5-103、IEC60870-5-101、DNP3.0、Modbus、Courier、SEL、GB60870-5-103及南瑞103等通信标准。

支持多国语言显示界面(如中、英、法、西班牙、日、俄文等)4.2 软件组成Smart SAS变电站自动化监控系统包括:进行系统组态的软件和在线实时运行的软件两大部分,系统组态软件具有画面图形组态工具(RDDraw.exe)、数据测点维护工具(RDCfg.exe)等,在线实时运行环境包括数据服务(RDSrv.exe)和人机界面(RDHmi.exe)。

4.3 系统安装Smart SAS提供一套安装光盘,用户通过友好的UI访问可以实现一键安装。

具体步骤如下:步骤一:将指定的安装光盘插入到电脑光驱中,并在相应的目录中找到Smart SAS安装文件,执行此文件即可安装Smart SAS程序。

步骤二:运行应用程序,系进入欢迎向导页(如下图4-1所示),提供相关信息,继续请按下一步图 4 - 1步骤三:运行应用程序进入选择安装路径向导页,同时也提供浏览供用户自由选择安装目录,确认后按安装进行软件实体安装(如图4-2所示),点击下一步完成安装。

图 4 - 2注:因Smart SAS使用MYSQL数据库,其安装方法可参考MYSQL数据库软件的安装手册。

4.4 系统的目录结构Smart SAS管理软件分布在以下几个目录中(如果我们把D盘作为根目录):D:\ Smart SAS 系统安装时选定的目录(可手动修改)D:\ Smart SAS \bin 系统软件运行文件目录,包括运行文件和支持动态库D:\ Smart SAS \bin\RdCfg.exe 系统数据测点维护工具,配置工程数据库文件D:\ Smart SAS \bin\RdDraw.exe 系统画面图形组态工具D:\ Smart SAS \bin\RdSrv.exe 数据服务服务程序D:\ Smart SAS \bin\RdHmi.exe 人机交互界面程序D:\ Smart SAS \bin\ini\ 存放系统数据定义文件D:\ Smart SAS \dat 系统数据库定义文件,存放系统组态后的数据文件D:\ Smart SAS \ graph 系统画面图形组态后文件D:\ Smart SAS \images 系统运行需要的一些图片文件D:\ Smart SAS \table 报表存放文件D:\ Smart SAS \sg 画面图形组态工具中常用的电力元件图元或用户自定义文件4.5 系统启动系统启动时需要配置好运行环境,需要配置的运行环境包括:操作系统环境,如Windows;数据库环境,MySQL;Smart SAS系统定义环境,在D:\ Smart SAS \bin\ini\systemdef.ini文件中定义,如图4-3图 4 - 3如果不对文件systemdef.ini进行配置,系统将有可能不能正常工作,具体定义如下:[system]中可定义:●软件名称●登录时对话框●系统启用时间●Smart SAS系统数据库工程文件路径[config]中定义:●全数据召唤周期,单位秒s[Graphstyle]中定义:●界面风格\登录画面背景●登录所进入的首页画面●刷屏周期[DataBase]中定义:●是否使用本地的mysql数据库[RDHmi]中定义:●Hmi中实时事件框及历史事件的背景颜色注意:除[system]中用户可定义的如:公司名称、简称、软件名称、启用日期之外,其它项不建议用户自行改动,否则可能引起系统软件不工作,或功能无作用。
