If too long it will damage the internal structure. The operation interface is as follows:4.1.1 RMD-L config InstallationRMD-L config installation is the same as the Windows universal application, justdouble-click the icon and choose the default installation path. RMD-L config Installation file download address:/support/download4.1.2 Connection Tools and Driver InstallationRMD-X8 is designed with a debugging interface (UART port), which usually requires a USB to UART tool (as shown in the figure below) to connect. The driver of this tool is installedV1.0 before use.Driver download address:/support/downloadAfter the download is complete, unzip it and double-click to start the installation until it is complete. Then insert the USB data cable, you can see whether the installation is successful in the Windows device manager. The corresponding COM port can be found in the figure below, indicating the installation is successful.4.2 Hardware ConnectionPower supply voltage adjust to 48v (the power supply with fixed 48v output is better). Turn off the power button before connecting the motor, as shown in the following figure:V1.0Note:Switch on the power supply after the connection. Do not plug the terminals with power.4.3 Parameter setting4.3.1 Software ConnectionThe motor driver and the software can be connected by USB to UART module.The default baud rate is 115200 when the motor is driven out of the factory, and the default ID is set by the dial-code switch, generally 1. Therefore, the Settings before the connection of the software are as follows (COM is selected according to the actual situation). Click the CONNECT button to CONNECT the device.4.3.2 Basis SettingIn the Setting page, click the Read button to get the motor information.V1.0Driver Baudrate:Set the baud rate of the driver.Shutdown Time:Set the shutdown time of the motor. If no control order is received during this time, the power will be shut down; When set to 0, the motor will never be turned off.Angle:Angle loop control parameters. Kp and Ki modify the PI parameters of the Angle loop, and Max Angle is used to limit the maximum rotation angle of the motor. For example, when set to 3600, the maximum rotation angle of the motor is ±3600°, namely positive and negative 10 turns.Speed: Speed loop control parameter. Kp and Ki modify the PI parameters of the Speed loop. Max Speed is used to limit the maximum rotation speed of the motor. For example, when set to 720, the maximum angular speed of the motor is ±720°/s, that is 2 cycles per second.Current: torque loop control parameters. Kp and Ki modify the PI parameters of theV1.0 Note:1.Acceleration option does not take effect in the current version of the drive, and theactual Acceleration of the motor depends on the PI parameters,motor load and drive voltage, etc.2.After the parameters are modified, click the Write button to save the parameters tothe driver.3. After setting, the new parameters need to be recharged to take effect.4.3.3 Encoder SettingIn the Encoder page, click the Read button to get the motor and encoder information.Motor Poles:Set the number of magnetic poles of the motor, generally it will be set before out of the factory.Encoder Type:this parameter is read-only.Motor/Encoder Ratio:The ratio of motor and encoder calibration, which is a read-only parameter, is generally around 1000. The closer it is to 1000, the better the calibration effect will be.Motor/Encoder Offset:The 0 offset of motor and encoder calibration, which is a read-only parameter, generally has no effect on motor drive performance.V1.0 Motor/Encoder Direction:The direction of motor and encoder calibration, which is a read-only parameter, generally has no effect on motor drive performance.Motor/Encoder Align Power:Motor and encoder calibration power, generally use the default parameters.When the load is large, it can be increased appropriately to improve the calibration effect.Align button:Start motor and encoder calibration. Before this step, it is necessary to ensure that the number of magnetic poles of the motor is set correctly and that the appropriate calibrated power is selected. After clicking the Align button, the motor will rotate back and forth to perform the calibration, and the parameters will be automatically saved to the driver after the calibration completed.Motor Zero Position:Motor starting position. After clicking the Set button, the driver will save the current position as the motor starting position.Note:1.The calibration of the motor and encoder should be carried out at the condition of no load of the motor. If the motor does not rotate smoothly during the process of calibration, please check whether there is any fault of the motor or excessive mechanical friction.2. No. 1734D-IA8XOW8, -IA8XOW8S) ArrayThis 1734D input/output module is a DIN-rail mounted device with an integrated DeviceNet communication interface, 8 ac inputs and 8 relay outputs, removable terminations, and a PointBus expansion port. The expansion port allows you to add up to a maximum of 12 additional POINT I/O modules.The module includes a non-isolated DeviceNet communication interface. The 24V dc from the DeviceNet connection powers a non-isolated dc/dc converter that generates +5V dc which powers the POINTBlock electronics and connects to the PointBus port to power the expansion I/O electronics.The 1734-IA8XOW8 uses cage-clamp terminations, and the1734-IA8XOW8S uses spring-clamp terminations.2 POINTBlock ac 8 Input/8 Relay Output ModuleWhatever field power you supply is connected to the internal field-power bus. 1.1安全标识◆可能造成严重的人身伤害甚至危及生命安全。

1.2激光安全等级根据国标GB7247.1,条款9,该型号激光器属于4类激光仪器。

该产品发出波长在915nm或915nm附近的激光辐射,且由输出头辐射出的光功率为200W。

直接或间接的暴露于这样的光强度之下会对眼睛或皮肤造成伤害。

尽管该辐射不可见,光束仍会对视网膜或眼角膜造成不可恢复的伤害。

在激光器运行时必须全程佩戴合适且经过认证的激光防护眼镜。

◆在操作该产品时要确保全程配戴激光安全防护眼镜。

激光安全防护眼镜具有激光波长防护选择性,故请用户选择符合该产品激光输出波段的激光安全防护眼镜。

即使佩戴了激光安全防护眼镜,在激光器通电时(无论是否处于出光状态)也严禁直接观看输出头。

激光机控制系统说明书最新《激光机的触摸屏控制系统》一、主界面开启激光控制系统,稍等系统启动完成,LCD显示屏上出现系统主界面,如下图:图1 主界面界面此时会显示初始化,因此在打开系统之前,请确认触摸屏与控制板和激光打标机是否正常连接,初始化完成后,点击【打印】图标,系统进入打印操作界面。

二、激光打标控制系统的操作2.1概览进入控制系统的打印界面,屏幕上显示系统的打印界面如下图:图2 系统的打印界面界面简单清爽,中间网格区域为所见即所得的标记内容显示视图,默认尺寸为100mm×100mm,右边为操作设置菜单栏,包含了各种打印的参数设置以及操作。

底部显示的是功能按钮,左上角为主页按钮,用户点击可直接退回到主界面,右上角为返回按钮,点击返回到上一页。

2.2、快速入门在这节中,我们将简单的介绍如何新增一个文档,把自己所需的打标内容编辑到新增的文档中,对文档的相关参数进行设置,最后在工件上进行刻印出来。

新添加文档来进行打标,我们提供有两种方式:一、在打印界面,点击【更改文档】,如下图:图3点击后进入文档的界面,如下图:图4点击界面左小角【新增】,出现新增文档编辑名称的对话框,修改名称后点击【确认】,出现文档编辑框如下图:图5二、在主界面,点击【文档】功能图标,进入文档管理界面,如下图:图6点击【新增】按钮,出现编辑名称的对话框,修改名称后点击【确认】,出现文档编辑框如图5.以上两种方法都能够建立打印文档。

DALI LED调光解码模块中文说明书罗茂峰/一. 研发时间及背景在2008年研发成功DALI LED驱动及DALI荧光灯镇流器,以及电脑控制程序时,在与生产伙伴厂家合作过程中,为尽量减少厂家生产设计难度,将DALI/ DSI 通信及控制相关电路标准化及模块化,制成了中国国内最早的用于生产DALI/DSI调光型镇流器的DALI/DSI 荧光灯镇流器模块,以及用于生产DALI/DSI LED调光电源或灯具的DALI DSI LED 调光解码模块,经过数年在欧洲市场销售及问题反馈,其间经过了数次修改,成为目前国内技术水平和稳定性较高的方案。

二. DALI 产品相关成本售价分析1.自主研发成本,一般至少需要一个或几个技术人员团队,二至三年市场试销反馈及改进方可做出基本稳定的产品。

新开发DALI产品的厂家一般头一两年产品问题很多,投诉和退货也比较多。

研发改进费用大多至少需要几十万元2.模块成本:售价二三十元,其中元器件材料成本十元左右。

三. DALI市场分析及决策建议目前DALI产品大部份主要出口发达国家,国内市场规模小。

DALI协议经过二十年的发展,在专业灯控领域有一定知名度,但应用范围较普通照明市场来目前仍然很小,一般需要有专业的市场渠道方能有一定销量,这个市场渠道与客户对象与普通照明市场渠道和客户有很大的不同,因此大多数传统照明做得很好的厂家,即便是国内数一数二的厂家,DALI的销量仍然较小,大多在有需求的时候选择完全外购成品,少数厂家自行研发后因需求和技术因素搁置或放弃了。

目前自行研发生产真正很赚钱的并不多,大多数处在噱头状态,技术能做到稳定的并不多。

因此建议各厂家按不同需求选择不同的决策以保障自身利益。

一、产品概述
本公司的DALI色温模块符合IEC62386-102和IEC62386-207(LED模块)和IEC62386-209(色温)标准,同时支持DT6(LED模块)和DT8(颜色控制-色温)协议。

采用了原装进口ST单片机芯片,完美兼容TRIDONIC(锐高)、OSRAM(欧司朗)、PHILIPS(飞利浦)等国际知名品牌的DALI控制系统。

本DALI模块把国际标准DALI协议信号转换成PWM信号,应用于LED两路色温开关电源上,实现DALI系统控制方式。

两路PWM互补输出,任何色温输出的最大功率与单路最大输出功率一致,默认物理色温范围为2700K-6500K,物理色温范围可更改,调光范围为1%~100%。

DALI (数字可寻址灯光接口)是国际标准的、流行的灯光控制协议总线,它采用曼彻斯特编码的数字式传输,具有整体、分组调光、寻址调光和查询灯具状态等强大的功能。

该数字总线与模拟式的0-10V 调光总线相比,具有调光精确,可寻址、稳定,可集中控制,安装方便等特点。

1、DALI 功能
具备完整的DALI 接口功能,符合IEC62386-102、IEC62386-207 和IEC62386-209标准,可以兼容符合DALI 协议的设备,通过输入标准的DALI 信号,实现产品的开关、调光、调色温、场景、群组、编址等功能。

2、调光范围
本模块输出两路频率为1kHz 的PWM 调光信号,最大输出驱动电流5mA,可接受20mA的灌电流。

两路PWM互补输出,任何色温输出的最大功率与单路最大输出功率一致,默认物理色温范围为2700K-6500K,物理色温范围可更改,调光范围为1%~100%,可以适应各种PWM/模拟调光接口的驱动芯片,设计更灵活。

3、高压保护
在标准DALI 接口的基础上,增强了DALI 输入接口的可靠性和安全性,对于<260VAC 的输入电压,模块可安然无恙。

在大型工程项目的调光产品安装作业时,避免由于安装布线人员的疏忽,将高压市电电源错误的接入DALI 接口,造成整个DALI 控制线路的产品损坏。
