【物流知识】物流作业服务术语1.1运输transport利用载运工具、设施设备及人力等运力资源，使货物在较大空间上产生位置移动的活动。
1.2发货人consignor按运输合同将货物交付承运人运送的单位、个人或其受托人、代理人。
1.3收货人consignee依据有关凭证与承运人交接并收取货物的当事人或其代理人。
1.4托运人consigner本人或者委托他人以本人名义与承运人订立货物运输合同，并向承运人支付相应费用的一方当事人。
1.5承运人carrier本人或者委托他人以本人名义与托运人订立货物运输合同并承担运输责任的当事人。
1.6无车承运人non-truck operating carrier不拥有货运车辆，以承运人身份与托运人签订运输合同、承担承运人责任和义务，并委托实际承运人完成运输服务的道路货物运输经营者。
1.7无船承运人non-vessel operating carrier(NVOC)不拥有、不经营船舶，但以承运人的身份接受托运人委托，签发自己的提单或其他运输单证，向托运人收取运费并承担承运人责任，通过与有船承运人签订运输合同，完成海上货物运输经营活动的经营者。
1.8门到门运输doorto door transport承运人在托运人指定的地点收取货物，负责将货物运抵收货人指定地点的一种运输服务方式。
1.9直达运输through transport货物由发运地到接收地，采用同一种运输方式、中途不需要中转的运输。
1.10中转运输transfertransport货物由发运地到接收地，中途经过至少一次落地或换装的运输。
1.11甩挂运输tractor-and-trailer swap transport用牵引车拖带挂车至物流节点，将挂车甩下后，牵引另一挂车继续作业的运输组织方式。
1.12驮背运输piggyback transport将装有货物的道路运输车辆固定在铁路车辆上，并由铁路实现的运输。
1.13整车运输full-truck-load transport一批属于同一发（收）货人的货物且其重量、体积、形状或性质需要以一辆（或多辆）货车装运，并据此办理承托手续、组织运送和计费的运输。

二十个重要物流术语通读《中华人民共和国国家标准物流术语》后，从物流活动中的基本概念术语、物流作业术语、物流技术装备与设施术语、物流管理术语四个方面选取了20个相对比较重要的物流术语。
（一）从基本概念术语中选取了增值物流服务、绿色物流、物流联盟三个术语1. 物流联盟（Logistics alliance）是指两个或两个以上的经济组织为实现特定的物流目标而采取的长期联合与合作。
在竞争中合作是现代竞争的主题，尤其是我国物流以小、散、弱为特征，联盟是做大做强的保障。
2. 绿色物流（Environlnental logistics）是指在物流过程中抑制物流对环境造成危害的同时，实现对物流环境的净化，使物流资源得到最充分利用。
在资源紧缺和经济高速发展的现代社会，倡导绿色物流是响应低碳经济和可持续发展的表现和要求。
3. 增值物流服务（Value-added logistics service）是指在完成物流基本功能基础上，根据客户需求提供的各种延伸业务活动。
在完成传统物流功能的基础上致力于增值服务的创造是现代物流与传统物流的主要区别。
（二）从物流作业术语中选取了集装箱运输、流通加工、直接换装、冷链、安全库存五个术语1. 集装箱运输（Container transport）即以集装箱为单元进行货物运输的一种货运方式。
集装箱运输是一种经济的运输形式，是反映一国或一企业物流水平的重要标志。
2. 安全库存（Safety Stock）即为了防止由于不确定性因素（如大量突发性订货、交货期突然延期等）而准备的缓冲库存。
这是物流服务稳定性的保障。
3. 直接换装（Cross docking）即物品在物流环节中，不经过中间仓库或站点，直接从一个运输工具换载到另一个运输工具的物流衔接方式。
这反映了物流方式之间的有效衔接程度和水平。
4. 冷链（Cold chain）即为保持新鲜食品及冷冻食品等的品质，使其在从生产到消费的过程中，始终处于低温状态的配有专门设备的物流网络。

物流作业术语
1 运输 transportation
用设备和工具，将物品从一地点向另一地点运送的物流活动。
其中包括集货、分配、搬运、中转、装入、卸下、分散等一系列操作。
2 联合运输 combined transport
一次委托，由两家以上运输企业或用两种以上运输方式共同将某一批物品运送到目的的运输方式。
3 直达运输 through transport
物品由发运地到接收地，中途不需要换装和在储存场所停滞的一种运输方式。
4中转运输 transfer transport
物品由生产地运达最终使用地，中途经过一次以上落地并换装的一种运输方式。
5 甩挂运输 drop and pull transport
