摘要:本发明涉及一种治疗抑郁症的酰胺类生物碱及其应用。
本发明从假蒟醇提物的石油醚萃取部位,经硅胶柱层析等手段分离化合物,鉴定得到一种新化合物酰胺类生物碱,其结构如式I所示:进一步通过细胞和动物实验发现该化合物对皮质酮诱导的PC12细胞损伤具有显著的保护作用,同时小鼠强迫游泳试验中有减少小鼠不动时间的作用,具有明显的抗抑郁疗效,可望作为活性成分用于制备治疗抑郁症的药物。

《关于赛乐谱制药有限公司国家一类抗肿瘤新药紫衫肽原料药生产项目进行预审的请示》(淮环秘〔2016〕5号)收悉。
经研究,现函复如下:
赛乐谱制药有限公司国家一类抗肿瘤新药紫衫肽原料药生产项目拟选址于安徽凤台经济开发区。
根据《关于安徽凤台经济开发区总体发展规划环境影响报告书审查意见的函》(皖环函〔2013〕368号),凤台经济开发区主导产业为煤化工、矿山机械、纺织服装、农副产品加工。
该项目属于医药化工行业,与凤台经济开发区产业发展规划要求不符,且凤台经济开发区未按要求配套建设集中污水处理设施。
因此,不同意该项目开展环评等前期工作。
