What’s B2B?
Business to business or B2B refers to electronic commerce between businesses rather than between a business and a consumer(B2C).

Passage I Communication Skills for Business While communication comes easily to people in many situations, in the workplace it’s often a different story. Business settings require special considerations when it comes to effective communication, especially during times of conflict. If you feel like your communication skills aren’t up to par, don’t worry; with a little practice, positive communication skills can be learned. Listening Listening may be the most important business communication skill. When employees feel that they’re being listened to, they feel respected and are more willing to share their feelings and opinions. When speaking with a co-worker, focus on what he / she is saying. If a problem arises, ask the individual how he / she feels about it and give him / her time to speak. Respond without interrupting and demonstrate that you’re listening by nodding, asking questions and showing concern.

Active listening
• The active approach is used when a listener wants to help the sender solve a problem or to understand the content and feelings in the message. The listener listens actively and with filtering communication information on the basis of past experiences empathy.
• Active listening focuses attention and provides feedback, allowing speakers to express their feelings and identify the real cause of those feelings. • Attending, encouraging and reflective listening are the techniques which allow the listener to give the speaker their full attention until the speaker is able to communicate the real message.
• listening to another person takes time and effort.
• A listener who really understands the sender’s intended message is an effective listener who can match the listening approach--active listening, informational listening and evaluative listening –to the listening purpose.
