The development of science and technology has brought about many changes in people's life. For example, the invention of television and the space rocket has opened a new era for mankind. Through the use of TV people can hear and see the events, which happened or, are still happening thousands of miles away. Owing to spaceship and the rocket, the dream of man's landing on the moon has now come true.
Science and technology also play an important role in our social construction. We may say that our social construction is like a skyscraper that cannot be built up without the help of science and technology. Therefore, we should try our best to contribute to the development of science and technology so as to provide a more solid base to build our country.

On Making Friends
As a human being, one can hardly do without a friend. If we don't have a friend in the world, our life will not be interesting and we cannot live more happily.
But what is true friendship? True friendship can share happiness and sadness with you. A bad friend, on the other hand, only loves you when you are lucky and rich. When you become poor and powerless they will desert you. We all know, “A friend in need is a friend indeed”. So, we need to take the persons who are dedicated to the contribution of our relationship as our real friends.
I choose my friends only when they can share not only my happiness but also my sadness.

They are neither silly nor selfish; take the time and do what makes you feel alive. Leave your fears and rearets in the past. Our eyes are placed in front because it’s more important to look ahead than to look back. If you look back, your journey is ended. You have only today to begin anew2 and follow your dreams, for in the end, all we have are our memories.
