如乙方不能按期交货,每延误一天按合同总金额的xx%累计违约金。

If Party B can not deliver the goods on time, the penalty of xx% of the total contract amount per delayed day shall be paid. At the same time, besides Party B take the breach responsibilities, Party A shall have the right to terminate the contract and request for economic compensation.
七、更改Modification
7.1、甲方工作内容有小改动,不增减合同总金额,不改变进度计划;甲方工作内容有较大改动,增加合同总金额,交货时间不改变。

If there is small modification on working scope, the total contract amount and the schedule shall not be changed. When there is a bigger modification, the contract amount shall be increased, but the delivery time shall not be changed.
八、其它条款Other articles
8.1、本合同正本一式三份,甲方两份,乙方一份。

This contract is in triplicate, Party A holds two copies and Party B one.
8.2、若发生与本合同或技术条件有关的争端,双方应通过友好协商来解决,或经长春仲裁委员会仲裁。

When there is the dispute about the contract and technology conditions, the two parties shall solve the problem by friendly negotiation or be arbitrated by Changchun Arbitration Committee.
8.3、遵守各项安全规章制度,如发生安全事故,由乙方负责。

The safety regulations must be obeyed and Party B shall take responsibilities once there is the accident on safety.
8.4、合同进行过程中双方签定的会议纪要等同样具有法律效力。

The meeting summary signed by two parties when performing the contract is also with same legal effect.。
