断路器合闸常见问题
a. 断路器合不上闸。可能原因如下:
① 断路器进出车不到位,合闸回路不通。 ② 综保和断路器同时带防跳装置。应去除其中之一。 ③ 二次回路线(一般是外部接线)接错或线圈损坏。 出现此类问题,电磁铁动铁芯无动作反应,打开断 路器面板进行检查,如果合闸电磁铁无动作反应, 则对合闸电磁铁和二次回路接线逐一检查。 ④ 动铁芯卡滞。此时线圈有动作反应,检查电磁铁周 围有无杂物,动铁芯是否被卡住。 ⑤ 控制电压太低。
2. 清洁
安装后投运前应对断路器进行彻底清 扫,投运以后的断路器应定期进行清扫以 保持绝缘件、导电件表面的清洁。
清扫应在断路器主辅回路都不带电的 情况下进行。

3. 润滑 润滑部位:
a. 包括操动机构在内的断路器的各传动部位; b. 与断路器安装部分有关的传动部分;(例如 断路器使用在移开型开关柜的情况下)断路器与 开关柜其他部分之间联锁的传动部分; c. 当断路器使用在移开型开关柜中时,断路器 上一次隔离插头的接触部位应定期清理并涂新的 凡士林油。

i-AY1-40.5铠装型移开式交流金属封闭开关设备,是由天水长城开关厂有限公司推出的新产品,可配用自行研究开发的EVH1-40.5新型真空断路器。作为三相交流50Hz的户内成套配电装置,用于接受和分配40.5kV的网络电能并对电路施行控制保护及监测。

开关柜安装基础的施工应符合“电力建设施工及验收技术规范”中的有关规定,开关设备安装基础示意图详见图3。

4.4 工作原理
4.4.1 灭弧室
EVH1-24型真空断路器配用陶瓷真空灭弧室,采用铜铬触头材料,杯状纵磁场触头结构,触头 的电磨损速率小,电寿命长,耐压水平高,介质绝缘强度稳定,弧后恢复迅速,截流水平低,开断能力 强。

3. 使用环境要求
a) 周围空气温度上限不高于+40 °C、下限不低于-15°C; b) 海拔不超过 1000m 相对湿度应控制在日平均值不大于 95%,月平均值不大于 90%; c) 饱和蒸气压应控制在日平均值不大于 2.2kPa,月平均值不大于 1.8kPa; d) 安装地点应无经常性的剧烈震动; e) 周围空气应不受腐蚀性或可燃性气体,水蒸汽的明显污染; f) 安装场所应保持干燥、清洁。

2 开关2 (通讯波特率选择) 设置为ON时波特率为38400 bps,设为 OFF时波特率9600 bps。
注意
在打开电源前需先设置波特率。关闭电 源后的通讯比特率设置无效。

此开关应设为OFF。

此开关应设为OFF。
遥控器(随机提供)
注意
• 在打开摄像机电源前需确认已经设置好了 旋钮。在摄像机处于待机状态时也进行旋 钮设置。设置完成后,使用随机提供的交 流电适配器和交流电力线将其与电源插座 连接,或使用 VISCA 指令打开摄像机电源。 将旋钮设置为待机状态时,按下遥控器上 的“电源”按键。旋钮设置即可生效。
• 改变旋钮位置时,需使用十字改锥。如果 使用其它类型的工具强行操作,可能导致 十字槽损坏。

为防止热量聚集,不要妨碍摄像机周围的空 气流通。
运输
在运输摄像机时,需按照原厂包装,或者使 用同等质量的材料进行包装。
主要部件的清洁
摄像机机身变脏时,请用拧干的浸有淡中 性清洁剂的软布进行清洁。最后用干布擦 干表面。
不要使用任何类型的溶剂,这可能损坏设 备保护层。
如果使用化学布料,请按照使用说明操作。 不要向摄像机上喷洒挥发性物质,例如杀
