2024年呼吸面具使用期限及注意事项如何确定防毒面具过滤件的有效使用时限呢？这需要根据不同的使用情况及使用环境等多种因素来综合考虑而定。
一般来说，气体的种类、浓度、温度、湿度、气压情况、使用者的呼吸频率及工作强度等因素都影响过滤件的使用时间。
所以，对于过滤件的使用寿命，并没有确定的时间。
使用者完全可以根据其具体的使用情况，根据工作防护经验及使用记录，提前制定相应的滤罐更换计划。
滤毒罐或是滤毒盒的使用时间大多数可通过经验判断来识别。
如使用者闻到污染物，或感觉头晕、刺激性或其他不适时，应立即离开污染区域，到安全的地点更换新的过滤件。
而粉尘过滤盒和复合型过滤件的粉尘过滤部分的到期时间，一般可用它的呼吸阻力增大以至不能呼吸来判别它是否到期。
过滤式防毒呼吸面具使用前注意事项：1.使用前必须弄清作业环境中的毒物性质、浓度和空气中氧含量，在未弄清楚作业环境条件以前，绝对禁止使用。
当毒气浓度大于规定使用范围或空气中氧含量低于18%时，不能使用自吸过滤式防毒面具(或防毒口罩)。
直接式防毒面具规定耐受毒气体积浓度大于0.5%，应改用导管式。
2.使用前应检查各部件是否完好，导气管有无堵塞或破损，金属部件有无生锈、变形、橡胶有否老化。
螺纹接头有无生锈、变形、连接是否紧密。
检查滤毒罐表面有无破裂、压伤、螺纹是否完好，罐盖、罐底胶塞是否齐全，罐盖内有无垫片，用力摇动时有无响声。
检查面具袋内紧固滤毒罐的带、扣是否齐全和完好。
3.使用前应检查部件和结合部的气密性，对整体防毒面具气密性的检查。
简易检查方法是;打开橡胶底塞用手堵住底口吸气，此时如没有空气进入，则证明连接正确，如有漏气，则应检查各部位连接正确与否。
若发生漏气应查明原因。
防毒面罩的作用防毒面具4.使用前应正确选用面罩的规格。
在使用时，应使罩体边缘与脸部紧贴，眼窗中心位置应选在眼睛正前方下1cm左右。
过滤式防毒呼吸面具使用过程中的注意事项：1.应严格遵守滤毒罐的有效时间。

1范围本标准规定了个体防护装备选用的原则和要求。
本标准适用于各生产经营单位和个人选用个体防护装备。

3 术语和定义GB/T 12903-2008确立的以及下列术语和定义适用于本标准。
3.1个体防护装备 personal protective equipment(PPE)从业人员为防御物理、化学、生物等外界因素伤害所穿戴、配备和使用的各种护品的总称。
注：在生产作业场所穿戴、配备和使用的劳动防护用品也称个体防护装备。
3.2防护性能protective properties防御物理、化学、生物等有害因素，保护作业人员安全与健康的能力。
3.3有效防护最低指标 minimum effective protection requirement个体防护装备所具有的最低防护能力。
3.4有效使用期 effective duration到达有效防护功能最低指标的使用时间。
3.5冒顶片帮 roof fall rib spalling矿井、隧道、涵洞开挖、衬砌过程中因开挖或支护不当，造成顶部或侧壁大面积的垮塌。
注：工作面、侧壁坍塌称为片帮，顶部垮落称为冒顶，二者常同时发生。
3.6WBGT指数 WBGT-index表示人体接触生产环境热强度的一个经验指数。
注：WBGT指数亦称为湿球黑球温度（℃），它采用了自然湿球温度、黑球温度和干球温度三种参数，并由式（1）、式（2)计箅而得。

防毒面具的使用及注意事项一、霍尼韦尔全面罩防毒面具的使用及注意事项霍尼韦尔全面罩与带标准接头（Rd40x 1/7″)的斯博瑞安过滤罐配套使用，才能起到防护作用。
霍尼韦尔全面罩与斯博瑞安过滤罐通过螺纹拧紧后，使用人员必须检验防毒面具的气密性（单手手心堵住过滤罐底口，然后用力吸气，不漏气则密封性好，反之密封性差）。
霍尼韦尔全面罩防毒面具的使用注意事项：1、霍尼韦尔全面罩有效期为5年，达到有效期后必须更换。
2、斯博瑞安过滤罐的有效期标注在过滤罐身的标签上，过滤罐必须在标注的有效期内使用。
3、斯博瑞安过滤罐首次打开6个月后必须更换过滤罐。
4、斯博瑞安过滤罐的使用期限依据吸附剂的吸附能力、污染物的浓度、湿度、与气温以及使用者的呼吸频次而定。
如感觉到所吸入空气中有异味，但面罩的确认是佩戴正确，此时在气味出现时立即更换过滤罐。
5、斯博瑞安过滤罐必须在17%≤O2≤21%的敞开环境中，且有毒物质浓度低于1.0%（vol)时使用，且不能用于有限空间作业。
6、斯博瑞安过滤罐标签防护的说明：A——棕色：有毒气体与有机蒸汽（沸点>65℃）B——灰色：有毒气体与无机蒸汽（如氯、氢氰酸）E——黄色：二氧化硫P3R——白色：有毒、致癌、放射性、含细菌、含病毒、含酶物质的微粒R：可重复使用二、3M半面罩防毒面具的使用及注意事项3M N95颗粒滤棉印有文字的一面朝上安放到滤棉盖中，然后将3M 6001CN有机蒸汽滤毒盒压入滤棉盖。
最后3M 6000型半面罩通过卡口与3M 6001CN有机蒸汽滤毒盒和3M N95颗粒滤棉连接配套使用。
3M半面罩防毒面具的使用注意事项：1、3M 6000型半面罩面罩有效期为3年，达到有效期后必须更换。
2、3M 6001CN有机蒸汽滤毒盒的有效期标注在滤毒盒的外包装上，滤毒盒必须在标注的有效期内使用，滤毒盒在开封时，在滤毒盒上注明启用时间。
3、3M 6001CN有机蒸汽滤毒盒不能用于有害物浓度达到立即威胁生命和健康（IDLH)浓度的环境；不能用于污染物浓度超过10倍容许暴露限值（PEL)的环境；不能用于氧气浓度低于19.5%的环境。
