从家庭上看，我们的学生家庭大部分属于农村家庭，英语没有被受到重视，再加上家长能听懂英语的少之又少，更别说辅导了。
从环境上来看，学生除了课堂上短短的40分钟外，基本上就没有使用英语的环境了，放学后听英语磁带的作业也有大部分学生不能自觉完成，再加上英语课课时较少，因此我的英语教学开展得并不顺畅。
面对如此多的问题，我决定从学生的学习兴趣、学习方法和学习习惯方面去入手解决。
现想从我的切身体会谈几点做法及建议：一、要从自身找原因，培养学生学习英语的兴趣。
自己先要想办法，持有一份乐观的态度，勤思考，乐奉献。
给学生一份爱，让学生喜欢你，从而喜欢上你的英语课。

Good morning，dear judges！I'm very glad to stand here and give my short speach to you. I' m a young English teacher from XueLang Primary School. I'm No.4. Today my topic is "Holiday".
Colour can greatly influcen the body, the mind, the emotions and the essential balances. Blue represent the ocean, it is the colour of the mind and is essentially soothing. Green represent life, when the world about us contains plenty of green, this indicates the presence of water, and little danger of famine, so we are reassured by green, on a primitive level. Orange represent happiness, it is a fun colour. It allow you to feel happy even during sad times. Red represent strength, it is a powerful colour. It fills a person with strength and warmth.

There're many different kinds of colour in the world, such as white, blue, orange, red, and so on. But my favourite colour is green.
I think green is the most beautiful colour. Do you know why? Because green is the colour of life. Do you think so? As you know, most alive plants are green, like grass and trees.
