由于电批在启动及运转时内部马达会产生电火花，易造成着 火、触电等危险，且其高速、高力矩运转，容易造成人身伤害， 故在使用时请勿必遵守以下事项： 1、不可令电批中进入水或其他化学溶剂，以免造成短路。 2、电批附近不可堆放易燃易爆之气体、液体。 3、电批使用时，不要令身体各部位接触已接地的金属壳表面， 以免触电。 4、未经操作资格认证者不可操作电批。 5、头发须完全遮掩在工帽内，衣服、项链等不可松散，以免 被旋转时的电批头缠绕。 6、选用合适的电批头，并定期对电批及批头进行保养和检查， 以确保其可以正常使用。 7、螺丝锁定前须将零件固定好，方可进行锁付，否则会损坏 部品或造成人身伤害。

操作须知·被锁物固定:操作前先确认被锁物已被强制固定,避免锁螺丝时带动被锁物旋转而导致人员伤害。
·锁、退螺丝操作:注意:起子运转中切勿任意变换起子之转向,必须放松押扣板或放松下压力量﹙下压 式机型﹚,待马达完全停止后方可切换。
·扭力设定:旋转扭力调整环来设定起子的扭力;顺时针旋转为扭力增大,逆时针旋转为扭力减小。
注意:刻度环上的刻度值仅供设定记录用,并不代表输出扭力值,正确的输出扭力值 必须藉由扭力测试机反复测试而得；起子应避免在定格扭力下长期操作。

“十”字型螺丝则选择符合螺丝规格的“十”字型起子头作业. 操作时将起子拿直,起子头紧贴螺丝头缺口操作 操作时姿势要使用批从轴与螺丝从轴在一条直线上,并且垂直于 锁螺丝面,螺丝锁下是垂直的,不能有歪斜,晃动,否则螺丝会锁 不紧、滑丝、打爆、螺丝头花等不良现象 电批锁紧时间不宜过长,应小于10秒 不能使用已损坏的电批头,这样批头易造成螺丝头部磨花. 螺絲鎖付時公司組裝的產品都經過定位，不會產生晃動；故左 手可以輕微扶持螺絲進行鎖付，可以防止疏忽造成的鎖滑PCB損 傷現象 操作鎖付是可先將螺絲輕觸啟動開關，使螺絲頭部鎖付一圈至 兩圈，在一次鎖付到位。

①将转向开关切换到(正转)的位置;如果螺丝为左螺丝时,则开关切换至( 反转)的位置。 ②用食指按下起动开关，令电批头旋转，在螺丝盘中将一螺丝吸附在电批 头尖部（新电批头使用前，需先接触强磁铁，使其具有磁性），并松开起 动开关。如遇到批头与螺丝沟槽吻合不佳时，须用手进行调节。 吸附螺丝方法如下圖所示：

3、操作：
1）操作前，打开电源开关，先确认充电量是否足够；充电量不足会在显示屏左下角，显示“LOBAT”，此时需充电 3小时以上后再使用。充电时，电源开关须关闭，并不可超过8小时，并使用指定的充电器。充电中不可使用。 2）将单位切换开关切换至所需单位位置，左右旋转调零钮，将显示数字调零。 3）将模式切换开关切换至“TRACK”位置，左右旋转调零钮，将显示数字调零。 4）如果要测试力矩最大值，需将模式切换开关切换至“PEAK”位置。 5）被测装置为带力矩控制的高速旋转的电批时，需使用测试联结头进行缓冲联结。测试步骤如下： A）将测试联结头的底端放入测试座，头部插入电批的批头插口（注意尺寸的匹配）。 B）将电批的转向开关切换到“反转”的位置，将联结头的弹簧拧松到完全松开。 C）按下紧力计的复位开关，将显示归零。 D）将电批的转向开关切换到“正转”的位置，将联结头的弹簧拧紧，直到电批停止。

電批安全使用注意事項
由于电批在启动及运转时内部马达会产生电火花，易造成着 火、触电等危险，且其高速、高力矩运转，容易造成人身伤害， 故在使用时请勿必遵守以下事项： 1、不可令电批中进入水或其他化学溶剂，以免造成短路。 2、电批附近不可堆放易燃易爆之气体、液体。 3、电批使用时，不要令身体各部位接触已接地的金属壳表面， 以免触电。 4、未经操作资格认证者不可操作电批。 5、头发须完全遮掩在工帽内，衣服、项链等不可松散，以免 被旋转时的电批头缠绕。 6、选用合适的电批头，并定期对电批及批头进行保养和检查， 以确保其可以正常使用。 7、螺丝锁定前须将零件固定好，方可进行锁付，否则会损坏 部品或造成人身伤害。

1、平衡器（通俗吊車）是靠铁盒内装有发 条弹簧的圆筒对吊线的回卷力来实现悬挂 工具的上下。 2、悬挂工具的重量需在平衡器的容量范围 内，只有这样才能通过调整弹簧的力度而 使工具保持在适当的位置。 3、吊线拉力调大：用一字螺丝批，将正面 的调节钮，如箭头“+”示，顺时针回转 （反时针回转绝对不可，因为这样会造成 发条弹簧损坏及脱落等故障）。 4、调线〃吊线拉力调小：将背面的调节圆 盘如箭头“-”示，逆时针回转。
电批打螺絲技巧
“十”字型螺丝则选择符合螺丝规格的“十”字型起子头作业. 操作时将起子拿直,起子头紧贴螺丝头缺口操作 操作时姿势要使用批从轴与螺丝从轴在一条直线上,并且垂直于 锁螺丝面,螺丝锁下是垂直的,不能有歪斜,晃动,否则螺丝会锁 不紧、滑丝、打爆、螺丝头花等不良现象 电批锁紧时间不宜过长,应小于10秒 不能使用已损坏的电批头,这样批头易造成螺丝头部磨花. 螺絲鎖付時公司組裝的產品都經過定位，不會產生晃動；故左 手可以輕微扶持螺絲進行鎖付，可以防止疏忽造成的鎖滑PCB損 傷現象 操作鎖付是可先將螺絲輕觸啟動開關，使螺絲頭部鎖付一圈至 兩圈，在一次鎖付到位。
