一般而言,在家长和课程顾问的前期电话交流当中,家长常常会普遍出现以下7个心理:1.我为什么要听您讲?要见您?(在营销层面,这个问题的表达式是,我为什么要注意到你?)2.这是什么?3.与我何干?4.我为什么要相信你?5.值得吗?6.我为什么要从你这里买?7.我为什么现在就要买?为什么是这7个问题(简称7Q)而不是其他问题呢?这是因为这7个问题是具有推动性质的问题,回答这些问题可以有效地推动顾客购买的进程,而其他描述性的问题(比如谁在何时何地购买了什么物品?)是不能推动顾客购买进程的。
