锅炉课程设计说明书设计题目:220t/h 高压煤粉锅炉一、锅炉课程设计的目的锅炉课程设计《锅炉原理》课程的重要教学实践环节。

通过课程设计来达到以下目的:对锅炉原理课程的知识得以巩固、充实和提高;掌握锅炉机组的热力计算方法,学会使用热力计算标准方法,并具有综合考虑锅炉机组设计与布置的初步能力二、锅炉校核计算主要内容1、锅炉辅助设计:这部分计算的目的是为后面受热面的热力计算提供必要的基本计算数据或图表。

2、受热面热力计算:其中包含为热力计算提供结构数据的各受热面的结构计算。

3、计算数据的分析:这部分内容往往是鉴定设计质量等的主要数据。

三、设计步骤1、锅炉的整体布置。

2、锅炉排烟温度和热空气温度的选择。

3、锅炉的热力计算。

4、燃烧产物和锅炉热平衡计算。

5、炉膛设计和热力计算。

6、对流受热面设计和热力计算。

7、热力计算数据的修正。

8、锅炉平衡计算误差校核。

9、锅炉总图绘制和设计说明书的编制。

本说明书设计的锅炉属亚临界锅炉。

影响锅炉总体设计的因素有蒸汽参数、容量、燃料以及一些其他因素。

对超高压及超高压以上的大容量锅炉,由于容量增大,参数较高,过热气温提高,中间再热器的利用,使得过热部分的吸热份额增加,为保持合适的炉膛出口温度,在炉膛上部设置了屏式过热器。

对本锅炉,采用两级再热器。

省煤器由于压力升高,给水加热比率增加,不会沸腾。

对亚临界锅炉,自然循环、控制循环、直流锅炉3种形式都适用,本锅炉采用最广泛的自然循环。

燃烧煤粉的炉膛尺寸较大,这是由于要在炉膛内使煤燃尽,又要防止产生有害的积灰和结渣。

炉膛水冷壁的吸热率要低到使管子金属温度不会对炉膛尺寸发生大的影响。

从最高一排煤燃烧器中心到炉顶之间要有足够的高度。

炉膛的型式有多种,本锅炉采用“∏”型。

锅炉总体设计中遵行的原则:1、选取合理的设计指标,以获得较高的利用率;2、从锅炉岛整体出发选用合理的系统最佳参数匹配及成熟结构,以达到高的运行可靠性、灵活性和经济性;3、考虑环境保护问题;4、考虑锅炉的整体结构密封性;5、考虑增加受热面的可能性;6、安全保护和自动控制。

在设计锅炉时,要对锅炉进行热力计算。

锅炉热力计算的目的是确定锅炉受热面与燃烧产物和工质参数间的关系,通常可分为设计计算和校核计算。

这二种计算方法基本相同,其区别在于计算所要求的最终结果的项目不同。

设计计算是指在给定的给水温度和燃烧特性的条件下,确定在锅炉额定蒸发量、给定的蒸汽参数(压力、温度)和预定的技术经济指标的条件是下,所需要的炉室尺寸和锅炉机组各部件的结构、受热面数量。

它是现代大型火电机组锅炉必须具备的一种监控系统,它能在锅炉正常工作和启停等各种运行方式下,连续密切监视燃烧系统的大量参数与状态,不断进行逻辑判断和运算,必要时发出动作指令,通过种种连锁装置,使燃烧设备中的有关部件严格按照既定的合理程序完成必要的操作或处理未遂事故,以保证锅炉燃烧系统的安全。

炉膛安全监控系统一般分为两个部分,即燃烧器控制BCS(Burner Control System)和燃料安全控制FSS(Fuel Safety System)。

燃烧器控制系统的主要功能是对锅炉燃烧系统设备进行监视和顺序控制,保证点火器、油枪和磨煤机系统的安全启动、停止、运行。

燃料安全系统的功能是在锅炉点火前和跳闸、停炉后对炉膛进行吹扫、防止可燃物在炉膛积存,在监测到危及设备、人身安全的工况时,启动MFT,迅速切断燃料,紧急停炉。

本FSSS系统主要功能包括:1、锅炉安全灭火(MFT和OFT)2、燃油泄漏试验3、炉膛吹扫4、油燃烧器控制5、煤粉燃烧器控制6、磨煤机密封风机控制7、火检冷却风机控制HOLLiAS杭州和利时自动化有限公司第 2 章炉膛安全灭火(MFT及OFT)3.1 叙述锅炉安全灭火是这样定义的:●MFT(Main Fuel Trip 主燃料跳闸),切断进入炉膛的所有燃料(煤粉和燃油)●OFT(Oil Fuel Trip 油燃料跳闸),切断进入油燃烧器及油母管的所有燃油锅炉跳闸后会给出首次跳闸原因的指示,这样操作员就可以进行正确的判断并采取必要的处理措施。

MFT及OFT的首次跳闸原因会显示在跳闸原因画面中,当MFT继电器复位后,首次跳闸原因同时被清除。

3.2 主燃料跳闸MFT是FSSS最重要的功能,当出现可能引起炉膛爆炸或危及锅炉安全的情况时,立即切断燃料,防止炉膛爆炸,确保锅炉安全运行。

FSSS逻辑需要监视以下不同的MFT条件,如果任何一个条件成立,FSSS逻辑就会跳闸。

在该MFT条件消失,且锅炉吹扫结束后,复位MFT。

3.3 MFT跳闸条件如下(以下条件为或的关系):当发出下列条件之一时,FSSS系统则立即切断锅炉主燃料,机组停止运行,并显示记忆首出跳闸原因。

MFT跳闸信号,采用SR触发器保持,锅炉炉膛吹扫完成后自动复位。
