英语课程教学实习报告
在三个月的英语教学实习中，先后完成了听课、评课、议课、试讲及正式讲课任务。
期间，指导老师、实习老师们、学生们都给了我很大帮助与启示。
现把自己教学实习所作、所见、所感、所得一一回顾，作如下总结。
一、对听课、评课、议课、试讲及正式讲课等教学情况的概述
自9月610号起开始听课，先后听课大约有100多节，并且作了听课记录。
听课后，与指导老师、实习老师交流，将心得体会记在日志中。
听完公开课后，也与实习老师们一起评课议课，获益匪浅。
在自己正式讲课前，认真备课、修改教案；曾多次试讲.自第一次走上讲台正式讲课后，就不断听取指导老师，实习老师们及学生们的意见，在不断总结与改进中探索有自己特色的讲课技巧与风格。
先后在高一（1）班、高一（6）班讲课4个单元；评讲考试试卷3次及周清试题若干次；批改作业，早、晚自习辅导也不曾落下；监考，阅卷，组办英语文化季活动，参加学校的各种教研会议、各项活动也都尽力做到。
二、对自己英语课堂教学优缺点的总结
结合指导老师、实习老师、同学们的意见以及自己的思考，我对自己此次英语课堂教学优缺点做如下总结；
1.课堂流程整体把握不错，上课有章法，遵循纯阳学校规定的“四步流程教学法”或“PPP”教学法等。
2.课堂上教态自然，教学耐心；常微笑，常鼓励学生；对学生一视同仁，平等对待。
3.讲解知识点的同时，能注意学生能力、策略、情感及态度的培养。
4.板书的设计与书写需要提高；课堂举例要有意义，要举经典例句
5.讲具体的一节课要有重点，要有简明的课堂小结
6.声音要再洪亮一些，有升降。
7.对睡觉、玩手机的学生管理应该严厉一些
8.在讲解知识点时，要按照考试大纲分轻、重。
三、对英语课堂教学与考试的思考
在听课与讲课的过程中，我听取其他老师的意见，结合自己的心得体会，觉得作为一个好老师，不但要对基本的专业知识有深刻熟练的把握，还要对考纲、考点十分了解，更重要的是弄清楚考试与课堂教学的关系并将其应用于实际教学中。
这样在讲课过程中，让学生们打下扎实的英语基础的同时，考试也能考出好成绩。
考试、高考并不与我们在大学里所学的教学法对课堂教学的要求相矛盾。
考试是形式，是一个让老师了解自己教学效果的手段，也是一个让学生总结学习方法，促进学生学习的助推器。
只是现在好多老师对这一手段、助推器的理解不对，应用的不是很好，所以因此导致了一些问题。
现在的考试内容过于机械，频率过高，老师、学生，甚至领导、家长对考试的意义存有不当的理解，以致对英语课堂教学产生不良影响——上课以考试为目的。
这恰恰是本末倒置。
考试，重知识，轻技能；重语法与词汇，轻情感与策略。
从而误导老师上课也如此。
所以我认为要做一个合格的老师，应该仔细研究考纲、考点并把它灵活的运用到课堂上，并且善于出考试题，出有质量的考试题，更加善于让考试服务于课堂教学。
当然做到这些需要学校领导的认可与支持。
这些都是我以后的努力方向。

因此我非常重视和珍惜这个锻炼的机会。
我所实习的地点是改革开放的前沿，经济迅速发展那是不用说了，不管是父母还是学生思想都较开阔灵活较北方而言。
具体实习的地点是珠海的高栏港经济区的南水镇，个体户或进厂为生，求生计机会极多，自然物质生活比较优越。
大部分学生的父母都是忙于挣钱，他们自身教育素质整体不高，且好多都是外来务工子女，在这样的一种大环境下，父母子女双方大多对教育都不是很重视。
教育是学校，教师，学生，父母，社会共同影响的结果，试想没有父母的配合合作，教育又如何能顺顺利利的进行。
而我所实习的学校的学生大多对教育不够重视，対学业不感兴趣。
那么作为教师如何来引导学生学习就是一项相当艰巨的任务，在这项艰巨任务的执行中，教师的双重角色扮演实践就显得尤为重要。
我来到南水中学在要进行实习工作前，校领导就给我们召开了一次会议，重点指出了教师工作如何做的有声有色的关键之处在于：要想教好书，首先一定要做好班主任工作，一个好的班级管理者。
我的指导老师也告诉我，不要急于想上课，要上课就得备课，而备好课的关键是备学生，也就是要抓住一切机会与学生相处，来了解学生，关注学生，关爱学生，这样一来，你才能顺利的上好一堂课，进而上好每一堂课。

第一条线，它是一个标准，不论我们衡量一节课上的优劣，还是评价一个老师讲授水平的坎坷，我们都在有熟悉或无熟悉地用讲授法课上学到的知识往衡量。
这远比只看考试结果要公道的多。
既然是标准那也就是偏向，也就是我们作为老师不停完善自己的参考标准。
要做一个合格的老师，做一个让门生喜好的老师，简单地说既要有学问魅力，又要有人格魅力。

实习前在课堂上试讲时，面对的都是自己的同班同学，每位同学都非常的优秀。
但是，在实习的课堂中，学生的程度良莠不齐，掌握学问的程度不一样，承受新学问的速度也不一样。
而教师要面对全体学生展开教学不能仅仅局限于几个人。
比方说当教师提出问题学生答不上时，教师该怎样办呢?站在讲台上吹胡子瞪眼睛是处理不了问题的。
但这又是我们在上课经常碰到的问题。

初为人师，总是有些紧张。
我带着羞涩与忐忑抱着课本和教案走上讲台时，尽管我做了很多预备，但当我真正面对那么多双眼睛时，我还是紧张了。
一堂准备充分的课，会令学生和老师都获益不浅。
例如我在教 Unit3 的时候，这课的主题是“如何询问和回答时间” ，教学难度比较大。
如果照本宣科地讲授，学生会感到困难和沉闷。
为了上好这堂课，我认真研究了课文，找出了重点，难点，准备有针对性地讲。
为了令课堂生动，活跃，不沉闷，我还为此准备了大量的教具，授课时就胸有成竹了。
当讲到“half”的时候，我拿出准备好的圆卡纸，把它剪成一半，告诉学生这是圆的一半，也就是half。
