树体生长茂密、旺盛,株型开展,树冠自然开心圆头状。
发枝能力强,节间短,果枝长而下垂是其特征。
5 年生树高可达4~5 米,冠幅4~5 米。
叶。
长椭圆披针形,先端锐尖,基部宽楔形。
叶色深绿而光亮,背面浅绿色,叶缘下卷,披有鳞毛。
花。

海棠果种子油脂肪酸成分研究苏贻娟X 1,贺利民2(1.华南农业大学农学院生态系,广州510642;2.华南农业大学兽医学院残留中心,广州510642)摘 要:用乙醚萃取海棠果种子油,油脂皂化后的脂肪酸采用三氟化硼-甲醇溶液进行甲酯化。
采用气相色谱-质谱-计算机联用技术分离、鉴定出7种主要脂肪酸,进一步采用气相色谱法定量测定脂肪酸,分别为肉豆蔻酸0102%,软脂酸8164%,硬脂酸8196%,油酸3717%,亚油酸2011%,亚麻酸0138%,二十碳酸0185%。
结果表明,海棠果种子油不饱和脂肪酸质量分数高达58%,值得作为不饱和脂肪酸食用油来源开发。

在海南岛的丘陵空旷地和滨海沙化地都有生长,我国民间一直把它当作一种珍贵的植物资源而加以利用,如海棠果被用作治疗眼病、外伤出血、风湿骨痛、跌打损伤等[2];叶片可以消炎和具有灭蚊活性[3];木材质地坚硬,不变形、不开裂,不易霉变,耐磨损和海水侵蚀,是极好的造船材料;种子油用于木船防腐。
20世纪80年代以来,国际上对海棠果种子油的研究开发引起重视,All Ma [4]等报道用石油醚萃取海棠果种子油,测定种仁干基含油量为48%,初步分析了油的脂肪酸组成,报道亚油酸含量达32.5%。
为开发海棠果种子油作为多不饱和脂肪酸的食用油来源,本文采用气相色谱法(GC)测定海棠果种子油的脂肪酸组成及含量,同时,用气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC -MS)对其脂肪酸进行分析鉴定。
1 实验部分1.1 仪器和试剂Thermo Finnigan TRACE GC 气相色谱仪;Ther -moQuest TRACE GC 2000P TRACE MS 气质联用仪;乙醚、NaOH 、甲醇、三氟化硼、庚烷等均为分析纯。

油酸的比例近似橄榄油,除了硬脂酸还有香豆素、萜烯、与类黄酮。
有助于皮肤保湿,对生长的帮助比荷荷芭油还要好,其它生理方面的作用如下:1.强化静脉和毛细血管。
2.抗风湿。
3.抗菌,抗病毒促进免疫。
4.消炎,促进伤口愈合与细胞再生。
【精油使用注意事项】1、怀孕初期几个月内以及小孩最好避免使用精油来按摩或泡澡。
2、皮肤或体质敏感者,请在使用前先进行敏感测试。
3、除少部分精油,如熏衣草、茶树等可直接涂抹于皮肤外,其它大部分精油用于身体肌肤时,必须稀释或用基础油调和后才能使用,除非有其它特别的建议。
4、肌肤上使用柑橘类精油(如佛手柑、柠檬等)后四小时内请勿在阳光下曝晒。
5、精油不能取代药物。
因此,使用后如症状未改善,请一定要看病就医,绝不可因使用精油而放弃原先已在使用的药物。
6、患有高低血压、癫痫、神经及肾脏方面疾病的病人请小心使用。
使用前最好先请教芳香治疗师。
7、请按建议量使用。
使用过量会导致反效果,甚至对身体造成过大负担。
