把博客奉献给你,高三(2007高考系列之一)

把博客奉献给你,高三(2007高考系列之一)过了这个暑假,马上就要进入高三了,很多准考生们开始出现了一定的心理反应。

比如,前两天我的一个准高三学生就对我说,“今年不能再玩篮球了,马上要面对高考了。

”这种反应有积极的一面,可以让孩子在心理上对高考重视起来,调动他的积极性;也有一些比较消极的因素,会增加学生心理的很多额外压力,需要老师和家长给予正确的引导和调整。

另外一个明显的感觉就是家长们开始有明显反应了,很多人开始感到焦虑和担心,我也收到了很多家长朋友的邮件和留言。

所以,今年我想和考生家长朋友们提前开始“高考博友圈”的建设工作,和更多的家长朋友一起用博客的方式,记录高三一年中孩子学习和心理的变化,记录家长自己的喜怒哀乐,记录全家的困惑与感悟,这将是献给高三考生的最好礼物。

同时,从个人减压的角度来说,高三家长开设博客有着非常重要的作用。

在我们从事心理咨询过程中,有时会让焦虑的来访者采用日记的方式,将自己的情绪记录下来,同时也会采取列表法等方式,让他们把自己的不良情绪和担忧明确地罗列出来,然后逐个进行处理。

而高三家长采取写博客的方式正好起到了这个作用,同时,也有助于家长们之间相互倾诉,所以那些经常写博客的高三家长的紧张情绪也会有很大程度的缓解。

另外,家长焦虑的一个很重要原因是不知道如何去帮助孩子,而且和孩子缺乏足够的交流。

当家长朋友将浏览和维护博客作为日常工作,并且及时将其中的好文章与孩子分享时,他们已经克服了相当一部分紧张情绪。

此外,通过博客平台,高三家长可以和各地的朋友们交流教育困惑,借鉴他人的经验,得到朋友的点评,很有条理地思考孩子和自身的问题,这非常有利于发现家庭教育和孩子学习中的误区。

今年的“高考博友圈”我将在邀请家长朋友广泛参与的同时,邀请更多的高三老师和专家加入,从一线老师和专家的角度给大家更多的建议和指导,希望能够给予考生们更有针对性的问题解答和提醒。

In 1968, in order to admit more students, the primary section was transferred to an independent establishment at 48, Wood Road, Wanchai. In 1974, St. Joseph's Kindergarten was established on the top floor of the Primary School Building. After years of expansion, St. Joseph's College now provides education for about 4 200 students in the Kindergarten, Primary and College.STAFFEighty-nine staff members, thirty-seven women and fifty-two men, work at St. Joseph's College. The staff includes a principal, two vice principals, fifty-three classroom teachers, a careers mistress, a discipline master, a counselling mistress, a sports master, a librarian, two art teachers and a music teacher. 我认为这有好,有不好。

这不是一个理论问题,要把它放到历史经验里去考察。

中国传统文化有很多好的地方,我们的祖先给我们留下了最丰富的典籍,没有任何国家有像中国这样多的典籍。

另一方面,中国也创造了很多珍宝,包括各种各样的艺术品和思想遗产;有一些东西到现在还在发挥作用,比如中医。

和任何事物一样,中国传统文化也有不足,不足在哪里?转型时期中国社会存在的问题世界各国都要从传统社会转型变为现代社会;有些国家很顺利,有些国家则迂回曲折。

在后发展国家里面,中国是丧失掉很多机会的一个国家。

600年前——1405-1433年郑和七次下西洋,首航比哥伦布发现新大陆早87年。

为什么他没有成为中国的哥伦布?很简单,他的活动不求利,远航是为了宣扬国威,全部经费都靠财政拨款,数额太大,支撑不下去,被迫停止。

他第一次下西洋的人数高达2万8千人,而哥伦布的团队最多也就1千1百多人。

当时正值所谓“地理大发现”时期,航海和远洋贸易推动世界前进;这一次机会中国丧失掉了。

第二次机会是16、17世纪明末清初,东西文化交流出现高潮。

以利玛窦为代表,他于1582年到达澳门,1601年来到北京,在北京整整生活了10年,带来很多西方的科学技术。

举一个例子,中国自己的历法在元明时代一再出现测算失误,吸收伊斯兰历法也解决不了。

利玛窦和他的同伴和后继者龙华民、汤若望等传教士带来的西方天文历算,解决了这些问题。

沿用至今的阴历(农历)就是这些传教士及其学生的工作成果。

利玛窦还带来一幅世界地图,让中国人知道中国在世界的东方,而不是世界的中央。

康熙皇帝很喜欢西方的科学技术。

他与彼得大帝是同一时期的,都是17世纪末18世纪初。

彼得大帝学西方,建立了俄罗斯科学院;他死后没有多久,莫斯科大学也办起来了。

康熙皇帝则把西方的科学技术当作个人的爱好、宫廷的消遣,既没有建立起中国的科学院,更没有想到要在北京办西方式的大学。

每个人都希望在这场比赛中发挥出色,为自己的团队争取荣誉。

比赛一开始,我就陷入了紧张的状态。

题目要求我们用C++语言解决一系列复杂的问题,这对我来说是一项巨大的挑战。

我努力地思考,寻找最佳的解决方案。

时间在指尖流逝,但我仍然专注于我的代码。

在比赛进行的过程中,我遇到了一些困难。

有时候我会陷入思维的僵局,不知道如何下手。

然而,我选择了坚持不懈。

我会重新审视问题,寻找新的思路。

这个过程虽然艰辛,但也是我成长的机会。

在比赛结束后,我感到既紧张又满足。

我知道自己已经尽力了,无论结果如何,我都为自己骄傲。

这场比赛不仅考验了我的技术能力,还锻炼了我的心理素质和团队合作能力。

回想起COCI2006-2007,我深深地感受到了计算机科学的魅力。

OO第三次博客作业OO第三次博客作业规格化设计的发展历史对于要求的规格化设计发展历史,我实在是没有找到对应的资料,但从程序设计⽅法的发展历史中可以看到规格化设计的⾝影,所以我就结合程序设计⽅法的发展历史,来说说规格化设计的发展历史。

由于计算机诞⽣之初,并没有编译器操作系统这⼀类东西,也没什么⾼级语⾔,那时的程序员只能使⽤机器语⾔来编写程序,后来为了⽅便程序员编写⼜出现了助记符也就是汇编语⾔。

我们上学期的计组学习,也写了不少MIPS汇编语⾔程序,对汇编语⾔的各种特点也是深有体会。

1. 灵活度极⾼。

由于汇编语⾔没有固定的模式,⼀个极其简单的功能也可以有很多不同的实现⽅式。

举个栗⼦:就⼀个简单的if/else语句,在⾼级语⾔中就是if/else,但是如果⽤汇编写,⼗个⼈能写出⼗个不同的版本出来。

2. 可读性极差。

很多同学在计组P2阶段都有过这样的体会,因为汇编程序没有变量名的说法,整个程序就是各种指令和寄存器翻来覆去,如果汇编程序不写注释,过上半天左右回来看之前写的代码,就⼏乎是不知所云了。

3. 维护极困难。

这其实是上⾯两点所导致的问题。

上学期我们所写的汇编程序还⾮常简单,编写的最复杂汇编程序的也就是做了⼀个简单的递归操作⽽已,翻译成C代码也超不过50⾏。

然⽽就是这样简单的代码,如果编写过程出现了bug,要想debug也是⼀件很费时费⼒的事情,很多同学P2挂了的原因就是因为没有修复程序的bug。

并且⼀个写好的汇编程序如果想要改需求(⼿动滑稽),⼤概率只能重构了吧。

机器语⾔和汇编语⾔的这些特点也让当时的很多程序员头疼,于是就有⼀部分⼤⽜决定开发新的,更友好的程序语⾔,⾯向过程的程序设计应运⽽⽣。

⾯向过程的语⾔被认为是⼀种“⾼级语⾔”,相⽐⾯向机器的语⾔来说,⾯向过程的语⾔已经不再关注机器本⾝的操作指令、存储等⽅⾯,⽽是关注如何⼀步⼀步的解决具体的问题。

虽然相⽐机器语⾔有了很⼤的提升,但是仍存在⼀些问题。

2008---2009学年度第一学期物理学科教研工作计划研讨及工作布置上学期工作总结:2007—2008学年第二学期,在市教育局和市教育研究培训院的领导下,在各学校的积极配合下,在各位组长和老师的大力支持和帮助下,我们中学物理学科有计划,有步骤,有实效地开展了各项教研活动,取得了非常好的实效。

现我将上学期中学物理学科进行的工作总结汇报如下:一、搞好2008年中考和高考调研复习指导工作,促进各学校中考和高考的备考工作。

1、2008年4月1日(星期二)下午在市教育研究培训院七楼701室召开了我市2008年物理学科高考备考研讨会,参加研讨会的高中教师约50人。

研讨会上金伯康主任就2008年高考做了专题讲座,内容有三项:(1)08年物理高考命题总体趋势---稳中求变;(2)模块知识内容分布分析(重点、可能考点);(3)备考建议和要求2、2008年4月8日在海口十中召开了我市2008年物理学科中考备考研讨会。

研讨会上:海口十中张海峰老师上了一堂复习公开课《电学的计算》许多老师对本课做了评议;赵东明老师做了《08年中考物理考点分析》并对下一步中考物理复习备考提出了建议和要求3、2008年4月17---20日金伯康主任组织高中物理骨干教师在文昌进行了海口市高考物理模拟命题。

4、2008年4月27---30日赵东明老师组织初中物理骨干教师在文昌进行了海口市中考物理模拟命题。

二.开展了海口市初中物理有效课堂教学研讨活动2008年5月27日在海口第九中学开展了海口市初中物理有效课堂教学研讨活动。

活动进行了三项内容:(1)由海口第九中学教师李丽新做了一节课堂公开教学展示课,课题是《探究专题》;(2)海口市第九中学物理教研组长胡秋佳做专题讲座《有效教学方式探讨》;(3)与会老师就李丽新老师的公开课和如何开展有效课堂教学等方面进行了互动交流。

三、指导我市四名青年教师参加海南省第八届中学物理青年教师教学大赛取得优异成绩海南省第八届中学物理青年教师课堂教学大赛于2008年4月16日至18日在琼海市举行。

代表海口市参赛的四位老师:海口一中张秀玉老师、海南华侨中学胡学亮老师、海口七中袁伟强老师、海口义龙中学黄华锋老师是从2007年海口市中学物理青年教师课堂教学大赛活动中选拔出来的优秀青年教师。

他们在2007年全省中学物理教师说课评比活动中也曾收获了3个一等奖和1个二等奖。

此次参赛,四位老师在所在学校的大力支持下,在市教育研究培训院的配合下,克服困难、精心准备、奋力拼搏,在强手云集的海南省第八届中学物理青年教师课堂教学大赛上充分展示了海口市青年教师的能力和风采,四位教师全部获得一等奖!其中海口一中的张秀玉老师和海口七中的袁伟强老师将代表我省参加全国第八届中学物理青年教师课堂教学大赛。

在这四位老师参赛前,金伯康主任和赵东明老师不仅从选题、说课、教学思路等方面给予了指导和帮助,而且还组织安排了海师廖元锡教授、国家级骨干漆长庆老师和梁明奋老师、龙华教研室黄天炳、和省教育研究培训院罗基鸣等中学物理教学的专家权威对这四位老师进行了听课和评课等指导,使他们在课堂教学能力和比赛能力方面有了很大的提高。

四、组织我市初中443名学生参加第十八届全国初中物理应用知识竞赛海南赛区决赛取得好成绩经过有效的组织和发动,2008年全海口市共有8860名初中学生参加第十八届全国初中物理应用知识竞赛海南赛区初赛,参赛人数创历届之最。

获奖人数也是历届最多的。

经过初赛海口市共有443名学生进入复赛并取得了可喜的成绩:其中25人获全国一等奖、45人获全国二等奖、68人获全国三等奖、64人获省三等奖,144人学生获市三等奖。

其中海口十中(6个)、海南华侨中学(6个)、海口九中(4个)表现最出色获一、二、三等奖人数最多。

另外国科园、双岛学园、府城中学、琼山华侨中学、大华中学表现也不错。

国科园陆旻雅同学53分排全省第六、海口第一。

五、组织专家和骨干教师对参加海口市2008年度“教科杯”的物理学科的论文进行了认真评选海口市教育研究培训院举办的2008年度“教科杯”全市中小学教师教育教学论文和教学设计评选活动共计收到物理学科论文和教学设计15篇,经过评选评出:一等奖二篇二等奖四篇三等奖五篇。

六、下校调研和交流本学期金伯康主任和赵东明老师分别到一中、侨中、实验中学、琼山中学、琼山华侨中学、四中、二中、七中、九中、十中、义龙中学进行中考和高考调研。

认真听了许多高三和初三老师上的复习课,并与各学校物理教研组及老师就中考和高考复习备考、课堂教学、物理竞赛、如何上好竞赛课和展示课等等方面进行了许多有益的讨论和交流。

上学期在我们中学物理学科举行的各项活动中得到了在座各位组长和骨干老师的大力支持,我们对此表示。

本学期工作思路及安排:2008---2009学年度,我市中小学教学工作的总体思路是以提高教育质量为核心,以开展深度研究、构建高效课堂、实行精细管理为重点,切实把教学工作抓紧、抓细、抓到实处,提高各项备考工作的针对性、科学性和实效性,确保我市2009年高考和中考再创佳绩。

基于这个工作思路和指导精神,本学期教研室和各位组长应从以下几个方面开展工作:一、加强科组建设,促进教师的专业发展和素质的提高。

在海口市中学有许多优秀科组:一中、侨中、实验中学、琼山中学(高中部)、七中、九中、十中、义龙中学(初中部)。

这些优秀科组的共同特点是:整体教学能力强、教学效果和成果好;组内学习气氛和教研气氛浓厚;科组踊跃参加教育教学方面各种比赛、并且能够取得好成绩;科组能团结一心、群策群力对外展现整个科组的实力和水平。

比如这次海南省第八届中学物理青年教师课堂教学大赛中取得优异成绩的海口一中张秀玉老师、海南华侨中学胡学亮老师、海口七中袁伟强老师、海口义龙中学黄华锋老师。

我认为这些老师能取得这样的成就,一半在于自己的能力和素质,一半还在于他们后面都有一个强大的、非常敬业和专业的科组团队。

由此可见好的科组、优秀的科组对于老师的成长和成功,对于学校教学质量和声誉的提升起着相当大的作用。

加强科组建设、促进教师的专业发展和素质的提高是我们每个学期必须长抓不懈的工作。

本学期我们将下到学校调研检查科组建设情况,总结优秀科组的经验,指导一些薄弱学校的科组建设。

各教研组在平时的工作中还是要:1、抓好“教学常规六要求”。

(备课要求、课堂教学要求、作业布置与批改要求、课外辅导要求、学业成绩测量与评价要求、教学反思与总结要求);2、落实校本研训“七个一”要求。

(要求教师每周至少写一篇教学后记、提供一个值得探讨的问题、参加一次业务学习或教研活动;每学期至少上一节研讨课、提供一个典型教学案例、建立一个班的学生成长记录袋、参加一次区域性的教学研究活动)的落实。

3、科组教研活动做到“五有、五环节”。

有专人负责(科组长)、有固定时间(每周半天)、有明确内容(一次一个主题)、有中心发言人(提前做好准备)、有详实记录。

全组教师参与备课、说课、公开教学、议课、总结反思五个环节。

4、要开展考试研究,科组长要组织组内全体老师对高考、中考的考试模式、考试说明、考试试题进行深入研究,对试题的变化、难度、题型以及知识点、能力考查点都要做到心中有数。

只有这样老师们对自己的教学工作才有一个准确的认识和定位,更好地进行工作。

二、加强课堂教学研究,开展有效课堂教学活动目前,我省各中小学都在开展如何提高课堂教学质量和效益的有效教学活动。

有效教学是师生遵循教学活动客观规律,以最优速度、效益和效率促进学生在知识与技能、过程与方法、情感态度与价值观“三维目标”上获得协调、可持续的进步和发展,有效实现预期教学目标而组织实施的教学活动,是提高学校教学质量的重要策略和途径。

为了更好地开展有效教学实验,构建有效课堂、高效课堂,各教研组和备课组可从以下几个方面着手;1、加强对教材和课标的研究,把握课程改革的方向,提高驾驭教材的能力。

要着眼基础,吃透教材,准确把握教材的特点和编写意图。

把教材钻研得越深,课上起来就越简单、越得心应手。

优秀的教师常会把复杂的内容教得很简单,上课时重点、难点清晰,难点突破轻松巧妙。

而平庸的教师却会把简单的课越上越复杂,越上越烦乱,原因就在这里。

因此只有真正把握教材的编写意图,才能吃透教材的精神,也才能实现对教材的必要超越,进行高质量的有效课堂教学。

2、重视对学情的分析,全面了解学生的需求。

要积极研究学生的学习基础、个性特点、认知方法、心理状况等,并对学生进行人生规划教育,指导学生自主构建起完善的知识体系,使他们树立信心,明确开始目标,全身心地投入到学习中。

比如说,一个教学内容的安排对于全班学生来说,有哪些学生基本不用引导就能掌握,换言之能自学会了;哪些学生得在教师的点拨中才能领会;哪些学生必须在教师的引导或是重点关注下才能达成目标的,这些我们教师课前都要做到心中有数,那么我们的课堂才能有的放矢。

具体地说在上一堂课时教师应首先激发学生的学习动机,指明学生所要达到的目标和所学的内容,学生只有知道了自己学什么或能学到什么程度学了有什么用,他才会有意识地主动参与(海口九中的胡秋佳老师这方面很有一套),我们的课堂教学才能有效开展。

3、加强教学方式方法的研究,精心构思教学设计,追求教学效率的最大化。

对课堂教学设计要精细化研究,通过集体备课、听课评课、教学反思等措施,对课堂教学方式的重点问题、关键环节进行逐一研究。

比如说,从目标设计到达成手段,从预设到生成,从提问到点拨、从自学到小组合作,从课堂训练到检测反馈,把这些方面当作课题一一研讨和攻关,使老师们都真正成为课堂教学的专家。

4、关于有效课堂教学问题金主任等下还要做一个专题讲座。

本学期计划在高中学校开展几次物理有效课堂教学研讨活动。

具体时间我们会发通知。

三、对2008年中考和高考物理试卷进行质量分析做好2009年中考和高考物理复习备考工作1、第四周举行2008年高考物理试卷分析;2009高考备考研讨。

2、第六周举行2008年中考物理试卷分析;2009中考备考研讨。

四、全国第八届中学物理青年教师课堂教学大赛青年教师调教大赛2008年11月中旬在天津举行全国第八届中学物理青年教师课堂教学大赛青年教师调教大赛。

代表海南省参赛的是海口一中的张秀玉老师和海口七中的袁伟强老师。

教研室将组织安排省市中学物理教学的专家权威对这两位老师进行了听课、评课和指导活动,争取在全国大赛在取得好成绩。

五、积极开展网络教研工作开展网络教研活动,加强交流,促进海口市中学物理教研水平全面提高。

海口市教育研究培训院的网站上开设了各学科的栏目,鼓励大家利用网络这个最方便最快捷的平台进行各种教研活动。
