A polite request
If you park your car in the wrong place, a traffic policeman will soon find it. You will be very lucky if he lets you go without a ticket. However, this does not always happen. Traffic police are sometimes very polite. During a holiday in Sweden, I found this note on my car: „sir, we welcome you to out city. This is a “No Parking” area. You will enjoy your stay here if you pay attention to our street signs. This note is only a reminder.‟ If you receive a request like this, you cannot fail to obey it!

without a ticket=without giving you a ticket If 引导的叫条件句, without后面的名词也叫条件 without + n. Without water,fish cannot live. You can‟t leave the country without a passport. There is no smoke without fire. 没有火就没有烟/ 无风不起浪。 I can‟t live without you.
However, this does not always happen. however=but 然而， however常常放在句首或句子中都可以， but习惯放在两个句子之间； but转折性语义比较强，however转折语义比较弱 however: 转折副词，作插入语，用逗号与其它成分隔开 but 并列连词 Tom was not there, but his brother was. However, this does not always happen. 但是情况并不 总是这样。 The tickets are expensive; however, we still decided to go. sometimes 有时候 some 几次，几倍 The tickets are expensive; buttimes we still decided to go. sometime 表示过去或将来的某个时间 some time 一段时间
