英语专业八级考试大纲(修订本)总则国家教委<高等学校英语专业高年级英语教学大纲)规定，高等学校英语专业高年级英语的教学任务是“继续打好语言基本功，进一步扩大知识面，重点应放在培养英语综合技能，充实文化知识，提高交际能力上。
” 同时，<大纲)也指出，“大纲的执行情况主要通过统一测试进行检查。
”“测试和评分应力求尽快达到标准化和电脑化，使其具有科学性、客观性和可行性。
”根据(大纲)中的上述规定，英语专业八级考试大纲规定了以下原则及考试内容：一、考试目的：本考试的目的是检查大纲的执行情况，特别是大纲所规定的八级水严所要达到的综合语言技能和交际能力，藉以促进大纲的进一步贯彻，提高教学质量。
二、考试的性质与范围：本考试是一种测试应试者单项和综合语言能力的尺度参照性水平考试。
考试的范围包括大纲所规定的听、读、写、译四个方面的技能。
由于大规模口试的条件目前尚不具备，所以有关“说”的技能暂缓测试。
三、考试时间与命题：英语专业八级考试于每年3月份举行。
由英语专业学生八级考试命题小组负责命题与实施。
四、考试形式：为了较好地考核学生运用语言技能的综合能力，既照顾到科学性、客观性，又照顾到可行性及高级英语水平测试的特点，本考试的形式采取客观试题与主观试题相结合，单项技能测试与综合技能测试相结合的方法。
从总体上来说，客观试题占总分的百分之四十，主观试题占总分的百分之六十。
客观试题与主观试题在各项试题中的具体分布见“考试内容一览表。
”五、考试内容：本考试包括五个部分：听力理解，校对与改错，阅读理解，翻译，写作。
该五部分分成两份试卷。
试卷一(PaperOne)包括前三部分；试卷二(PaperTwo)包括后两部分。
I．听力理解(PartI：Listening Comprehension)测试要求：(a)能听懂交际场合中各种英语会话和讲话。
(b)能听懂VOA或BBC节目中有关政治、经济、文化教育、科技等方面的记者现场报道。

《成人高等教育学士学位英语水平考试大纲（非英语专业）》（ 2005 年版）英语水平考试大纲（由部分省级学位委员会办公室联合编写组编写，中国人民大学出版社出版）一、考试性质成人高等教育非英语专业学士学位英语水平考试是由各省级高等教育主管部门组织的统一考试，其目的是为了客观地测试非英语专业成人本科毕业生申请学士学位者的英语语言知识和英语运用等相关能力，考查其是否达到普通本科教育非英语专业英语教学大纲的一般要求。
二、考试要求成人高等教育非英语专业学士学位英语水平考试要求考生能够较熟练地掌握英语基本语法和常用词汇，具有较强的阅读能力和语言综合运用能力。
考生在英语运用能力方面应分别达到以下具体要求：（一）会话技能能够使用英语进行日常会话交流，根据对话的情景、场合、人物关系、身份和讲话人的意图及话语含义能够做出正确判断和用语选择。
（二）阅读理解考生应能够综合运用英语语言知识和基本阅读技能，读懂难度适中的一般性题材（经济、社会、政法、历史、科普、管理等）和体裁（议论文、说明文、应用文等）的英语文章。
能够基本上掌握文章大意并能领会作者的意图和态度。
阅读速度达到每分钟80个词。
具体要求为：1、能够掌握文章的中心思想、主要内容和细节；2、具备根据上下文把握词义的能力，理解上下文的逻辑关系；3、能够根据所读材料进行一定的判断和推论；4、能够对文章的结构和作者的态度等做出简单的分析和判断。
（三）词汇掌握本考试大纲所规定的英语词汇、常用词组、常用词缀，并在阅读、写作等过程中达到相应程度的应用能力，即：1、领会式掌握4250个英语单词和500个常用词组；2、复用式掌握其中1800个左右的常用单词和200个常用词组；3、掌握一定数量的常用词缀，并能根据构词法和语境识别常见的派生词。
（四）语法掌握基本的英语语法知识，要求能在阅读、写作等过程中正确运用这些知识，达到获取有关信息和表达交流思想的目的。
具体需要掌握的内容如下：1、名词、代词的数和格的构成及其用法；2、动词的基本时态、语态的构成及其用法；3、形容词、副词的比较级和最高级的构成及其用法；4、常用连接词、冠词的词义及其用法；5、非谓语动词（不定式、动名词、分词）的构成及其用法；6、虚拟语气的构成及其用法；7、各类从句的构成及其用法；8、强调句型的结构及其用法；9、常用倒装句的结构及其用法。

福州大学成人高等教育英语综合能力考试大纲一、命题原则说明1.“英语综合能力”考试应以《本科教育大学英语课程教学基本要求》（简称《基本要求》）为依据，客观真实地反映我校大学英语的教学效果、学生的英语知识水平、文化素养和英语综合运用能力。
2．“英语综合能力”考试在评估教与学的质量和效果方面应能起到和CET同样的作用。
即，“英语综合能力”考试的结果数据既能对本校的大学英语教学效果作纵向比较，也能进行校际间的横向比较。
3．为能实现横向比较的目的，“英语综合能力”考试的命题应参考CET的要求，与CET 在内容、难易度、评分要求等方面达到基本一致。

一、中医英语水平考试概述
1、考试目的
2009 年 4 月国务院发布了《关于扶持和促进中医药事业发展的若干意见》，
提出要 “积极拓展中医药服务贸易”、“加强中医药知识和文化对外宣传，促进
国际传播”。根据当前中医药专业人员外语应用水平的实际，在国家中医药管理
局国际合作司的积极倡导和支持下，中华中医药学会翻译分会及其挂靠单位上海
中医药大学积极开展了“中医英语水平考试”项目的前期论证与筹备工作。现国
家中医药管理局国际合作司已经正式授权并委托翻译分会依托其挂靠单位上海
中医药大学组织作为翻译分会会员单位的各中医院校中医外语学科专家学者进
一步推进“中医英语水平考试”筹备项目，通过举办中医药专业外语水平考试及
相应的培训，引导和规范中医药专业外语的培训与考试，从而提高中医药行业的
专业外语水平，培养和造就一大批专业中医药外语人才，为推动中医药走向世界
而做出我们应有的贡献。
2、报考对象
中医药行业不同专业、不同教育层次的人员以及其他专业有志于从事中医外
语相关工作的人员，不受年龄、学历等方面的限制均可以报考本考试。报考中级
的考生公共英语水平宜达到大学英语四级标准，报考高级的考生公共英语水平宜
达到大学英语六级水平。
3、考试语种与分级
1）现阶段以英语为考试语种，待条件成熟后可根据实际需要设置其他考试语种。
2）考试设中级和高级两个级别，首先开设中级考试，逐步开展高级考试。中级
考试的基础词汇参照大学英语四级要求，其听、读、写和译的语言难度也基本参
照大学英语四级要求，另外要求掌握中西医常用专业词汇约 2000 个。高级考试
的基础词汇参照大学英语六级要求，其听、读、写和译的语言难度也基本参照大
学英语六级要求，另外要求掌握中西医常用专业词汇约 3000 个。

4、考试设计原则
1）考试侧重考察考生对中医药行业相关的专业英语的掌握情况，试题主要内容
为中医英语和普通医学英语。
2）突出语言应用能力的考查。中医英语水平试题以考查和促进考生专业英语实
际应用能力为核心，完善各种考查手段，从听力、专业词汇、阅读、翻译及写
作等方面进行命题，以全面考察应试人员的专业英语水平，确定其是否已达到
应具有的中医药专业英语交际能力。（在适当条件下开展对口语能力的测试。）
3）考试的设计与命题参考国内外权威英语水平考试，采取有效的技术手段，每
次考试题型基本相同，难易程度相似，确保相同级别不同考次之间考生成绩的
等值，成为标准化的中医药专业英语水平测试体系。
5、中医英语水平考试成绩的使用以及适用范围
为保证考试评价尺度的统一性，中医英语水平考试委员会对考试成绩拥有解
释权。中医英语水平考试成绩和证书可作为评定考生中医专业英语水平的依据，
供用人单位在人员录用、考评中进行参考，考试成绩有效期的认定和使用权由考
生所在学校和相关用人单位自行决定。
证书的签章单位为中医药管理局考试中心（待定）。
6. 中医英语水平考试的组织实施（待定）
中医英语水平考试由中医英语水平考试委员会组织实施，每年举办 次。
考试时间为每年 月，具体考试时间由中医英语水平考试委员会当年确定并 公

二．中医英语水平考试中级的语言技能及要求
1．听力理解 中医英语水平考试中级听力理解部分测试考生获取口头信息的能
力，要求
考生能听懂日常临床谈话内容，能基本听懂一般性的医学主题讲座，语速为每分
钟 l30 词左右，能运用基本的听力技巧帮助理解，掌握其中心大意，并抓住要点。
听力理解部分考核的技能是：
1）理解内容大意和中心思想
2) 听懂重要的或特定的细节
3）判断说话人的观点、态度等
4) 推论隐含的意义，判断话语的交际功能
2. 词汇术语
中医英语水平考试中级词汇术语部分，主要测试考生在正确理解句子意思
的 基础上根据所掌握的词义选出符合语境的中西医专业词汇，目的是引导、测
试考 生对常用的中、西医专业术语英语表达的掌握，考生应在掌握大学英语四
级考试 所规定的 4500 个单词和 700 个词组的基础上，掌握本考试大纲词汇
表中的中西 医常用术语约 2000 个。语法知识的测试融入在试题各部分中，不
再单独列项考 核。
3. 阅读理解 阅读理解部分考核考生通过阅读获取书面信息的能力，要求考生能
基本读懂
一般性的医学、中医学、社会医学等相关内容的英文文章，深度阅读速度达到每
分钟 70 词，快速阅读速度达到每分钟 100 词。能够在阅读中使用有效的阅读方
法，掌握文章的主旨大意，理解主要事实和相关细节，推论隐含意义，判断作者 的
观点、态度，识别语篇的衔接手段与行文逻辑。阅读部分考核的技能是：
阅读测试技能包括：
1）理解文章的中心思想(如找出能概括全文的要点等)
2）理解文中明确表达的概念或细节
3）理解隐含表达的概念或细节(如总结、判断、推论等)；
