张力检测器(美塞斯型号MC26/400/8301898)张力检测器英文名:MAGPOWR张力检测器,也叫张力传感器,是张力控制过程中,用于测量卷材张力值大小的仪器。

按其工作原理又可分为应变片型和微位移型。

应变片型是张力应变片和压缩应变片按照电桥方式连接在一起,当受到外压力时应变片的电阻值也随之改变,改变值的多少将正比于所受张力的大小;微位移型是通过外力施加负载,使板簧产生位移,然后通过差接变压器检测出张力,由于板簧的位移量极小,大约土200“m,所以称作微位移型张力检测器。

另外,由外型结构上又分为:轴台式、穿轴式、悬臂式等。

[1]用途:检测器的产品范围包括用于制药、化学、食品和其它需成批处理产业的高质量的测压元件、仪器和软件。

典型的应用包括在工厂的加工过程中对处理相应处方的搅动容器的称量。

使用说明:安装探头把探头上的卡槽和仪器上的凹槽连接并推紧。

如需分离,握住探头上的卡槽然后拔出。

打开电源按下电源键,LCD会出现如下:1-Mass“皮带质量”2-Width“宽度”3-Span“切线长”4-No.储存代码5-频率设定6-电池容量在光线暗的情况下,LCD背景灯会打开,若5分钟内无操作,会自动关机。

打开的屏幕上显示的是上次关机时使用的数据。

1代表皮带质量,2代表皮带宽度,3代表皮带切线长,这些数据都是同时显示的。

备注皮带参数必须要输入仪器中,以便得出皮带张力。

不管皮带的质量是多少,仪器都会显示频率值,但是会显示“错误”,如果计算的皮带张力值超出屏幕显示的值,红色灯会一直亮着。

(4)指的是当前皮带数据的储存设定号,如需更改数据或储存设定,请看皮带参数数据的储存及恢复。

(5)指的是当前频率设定,如需更改,请看第7页的频率设定。

(6)指的是电池容量,灰色的电池标志是指电池容量已满,当电池容量很低时,电池标志会出现一闪一闪的电量低的提示。

张力检测器美塞斯400 830 1898 MAGPOWER张力检测器也叫张力传感器,是张力控制过程中,用于测量卷材张力值大小的仪器。

按其工作原理又可以分为应变片型和微位移型。

MAGPOWR 的张力检测器是非常精确的仪器,应用在各种各样的放卷,收卷和中间过程的处理显示张力。

每个张力传感器是由内置重载机械在两个方向的力上停止,一个完整的惠斯通桥安装了4个金属泊片应变仪,为的是能够精确的测量出每个滚筒的张力,而且每个张力传感器都包含了一个双梁结构来确保输出线路都处在负载状态。

MAGPOWR TS 张力检测器TS的张力传感器不管一天中温度如何的变化都能提供始终如一的张力控制。

事实上,全部MAGPOWR的张力传感器都是使用叶片式应变仪的,这样就最大限度的降低了温度漂移产生的形变(0.02%每度),这能提高卷材的的使用效率,降低材料浪费率。

一、产品介绍
表面张力仪快速、可靠的质量控制模式。

设定测量参数后可以准确测量并显示表面张力值。

能够独立设定测量范围、测试数据数目、测量的平均值,是研发的理想工具。

在实际使用过程中,由于动态表面张力仪能够模拟表面活性剂的迁移情况,因此应用更为广泛。

专业用于测量液体表面张力值的专业测量/测定仪器,通过白金板法(分吊片法以及白金板法而不同)、白金环法、最大气泡法、悬滴法、滴体积法以及滴重法等原理,实现精确液体的表面张力值的测量。

同时,利用软件技术,可能测得随时间变化而变化的表面张力值。

作用于液体表面,使液体表面积缩小的力,称为液体表面张力。

它产生的原因是 液体跟气体接触的表面存在一个薄层,叫做表面层,表面层里的分子比液体内部稀疏,分子间的距离比液体内部大一些,分子间的相互作用表现为引力。

就象你要把弹簧拉开些,弹簧反而表现具有收缩的趋势。

全自动张力测定仪全自动张力测定仪菜单及按键操作说明仪器按键为无标识按键,在不同的显示界面下,按键具有不同的功能定义,由对应显示的菜单来决定,这样的设计减少了按键数量,按键功能定义明确,使人机界面更加友好。

在以下按键操作说明中,加黑反显的数字或图形为当前调整修改的内容。

1. 开机画面:液晶屏幕显示画面如下:图6-1连接好仪器电源线,打开电源开关,即进入开机显示画面。

在当前显示画面有五个功能项目可供选择:“参数设置”:进入参数详细设置画面“砝码标定”:进入仪器标定画面“纯水标定”:进入纯水标定画面“样品测定”:进入样品测试画面“历史纪录”:进入存储数据画面2. 参数设置画面全自动张力测定仪图6-2在当前显示画面下按“项目”键选择欲修改的参数,“跳格”键光标在当前参数的数值间横向移动,“增加”键对当前的参数数值进行调整,按“退出”键,保存参数并返回到开机画面如图6-1。

各参数的意义说明如下:重液密度――下层液体密度,单位:g/mL轻液密度――上层液体密度或气体密度单位:g/mL铂丝半径――铂丝环的半径单位:mm铂环半径――铂金环的平均半径单位:mm当前温度――环境温度单位:℃需要特别说明的是:1)当测试表面张力时,轻液密度输入的是空气的密度;当测试界面张力时,轻液密度输人的是上层液体的密度2)当前温度的数值指示的温度,可能与当前的实际温度有偏差,用户只需在这里输入当前的实际温度,仪器将自动计算之间的差值,作为修正因子保存,以后显示的温度值将按此差值进行修正。

3. 砝码标定界面使用砝码对仪器进行校准,画面如下:图6-3此项操作对仪器精度影响较大,需谨慎。

分两步执行:第一步:保证仪器调整到水平状态且铂金环洁净,等到仪器读数变化比较小,轻轻按下“归零”完成仪器归零操作。

全自动张力测定仪第二步:将满量程校准用的勾状砝码挂在铂金环横梁上,等到仪表读数变化比较小时,轻轻按下“校准”键,完成满量程校准操作。

“退出”键存储砝码校准结果,返回设置主画面如图6-1。
