第一招熟悉句子各特点。

为了做好英语书面表达题，熟悉英语句子的结构特点是很有必要的，如句子的五种基本句式、句子的七种类型（包括按用途分类和按结构分类）以及一些使用频率较高的句式。

在平时的学习和训练中应不断地去发现、验证和模仿。

第二招背诵范文亦多善。

收集历届高考英语书面表达题范文或其他报刊上的优秀文章，每天花一些时间大声朗读，力争背下来以扩展思路、培养语感。

第三招题材选择把好关。

高考书面表达题的题材大多是与学生日常生活息息相关的内容，如1998年的“参观农场”，1999年的“校园巨变”，2001年的“减负”等。

所以同学们在训练时应选好自己熟悉的题材，并尽量通过各种体裁“输出”，以达到事半功倍的效果。

第四招有的放矢勤训练。

针对高考题型和体裁，坚持常规训练，由词到词组，再到句子，连句成段，连段成篇。

简单句是主菜，要彻底消化，做到融会贯通，运用自如：复杂句（包括并列句）是佐料，有之增色，缺之乏味。

要视具体情况运用，不可片面追求，舍本求末，以免弄巧成拙。

第五招仔细审题切莫偏。

做书面表达题时，如果考生对考题提供的材料不仔细阅读，审题不认真，就会导致在写作时丢三拉四，信息缺损，内容不完整，最终导致因“要点不齐”而丢分。

如2000年高考看图作文中有些考生把“交通事故”看成了“警察抓小偷”，把“车撞人”写成了“人撞车”或“人被车撞死了”；2001年高考的看表格作文中有的考生漏掉要点而大谈其感想。

具体审题时应特别注意以下几点：①内容要点（这是给文章“定档”的主要依据）；②文章体裁；③句子时态（时态错误属“大错”，每处扣1分）；④人称（若违背试题所要求的人称，最多可扣7分）。

第六招语言输出要规范。

有些考生在做书面表达题时，虽然要点齐全，却错误百出，得分不高。

归纳起来有如下原因：
1.主谓不一致。

如：The woman driver have to stop the car. (have应改为has或根据
情况改为had等)
2.句子主要成分残缺。

如：Anyone wins can get a prize.（在anyone后加who或改
anyone为whoever）
3.时态、语态错误。

如：I told her the news and she cries.（cries应改为cried）
4.词性错误。

如：The old man was acrossing the road.(across是介词，不是动词，
句中的acrossing应改为crossing)
5.习惯搭配错误。

如：I hope the police to catch the driver.(英语习惯上不用hope sb
to do sth,可将句中的to改为can)
6.缺乏衔接成分。

如：His mother is ill, he has to look after her at home.(应在he前
加连词and或so)
7.平行结构错误。

如：We sang not only some popular songs but also danced
happily.(应将sang放在not only之后)
8.使用汉式英语。

如：The price of oil is expensive now.(price不宜用expensive修
饰，可改用high). Don’t read under the sun.(under应改为in) How long have you bought the bike?(buy为终止性动词，不宜与how long连用，所以bought 应改为had) She married with a rich man.(marry为及物动词，应去掉介词with) The mother dresses coats for her baby every day.(dress不用“衣”作宾语，应去掉句中的coats for)
错误的避免：在写作时同学们常常由于中英文的习惯不同，而出现某些错误，而且在检查时难以查出。

其中要予以注意的是：一、不要将同一件事作两次描述；二、在某一段中不要重复用一个重点词，或重复使用同一句式；三、不要将词放于错误的位置上。

如：The girl sang only one song.意为她唱了仅一只歌，而The girl only sang one song.意为她仅唱了歌；四、尽量不要用双重否定；五、用人称代词要小心它的主格宾格；六、形容词和副词要正确区分使用；七、对动词的时态要全文呼应，主从句呼应；八、对介词要慎重，应按词组、习惯用语、惯用法来记，而不要推理。

第七招誉正之前细查看。

同学们做书面表达题时切莫过分相信自己的直觉，搞所谓的“一气呵成”。

最好先打草稿且行间字距不宜过密，以便于修改。

草稿完成之后，应按第六招中介绍的方面去认真检查并及时改正。

第八招卷面整洁莫等闲。

每年的高考中，都有相当一部分考生（大约占考生总数的20%）因书写不规范而丢分。

据参加高考阅卷的多位专家说，在炎热的酷暑中，每位阅卷老师每天至少要阅300份试卷，工作量非常大，对于卷面马虎、字迹不清的卷子，哪会有很好的心情和太多的时间去给你仔细找要点或辨认你所写单词的对错，给个印象分算是不薄了，况且评卷中允许有卷面分。

好的书写也是一种能力的体现，需要一个长期培养的过程。

在平常的练习和考试中就应养成良好的书写习惯，在考场上才能水到渠成，始于自然。
