2. Our neighbours are friendly and we are happy here.我们的邻居很友好，我们在这儿很快乐。
friendly是friend的形容词，意为“友好的”。
有这样的结构：be friendly to sb意为“对某人友好。

To grow flowers是动词不定式作定语，修饰the best place。
