江苏五年制专转本的那些事儿

1:五年一贯制专转本是什么?报考院校,考试科目有哪些?五年制专转本是指初中没有考上高中,选择去上五年制高职院校的高职学生,通过五年一贯制大专的学习,在其五年级第二学期四月份参加江苏省统一考试后,由专科升为全日制本科的转本方式。
江苏省的五年制专转本的报考院校有限,只限于江苏省内的9所院校,分别是:南京晓庄学院、金陵科技学院、淮阴工学院、苏州大学文正学院、苏州大学应用技术学院、三江学院、南京医科大学康达学院。
五年一贯制专转本是分专业的,需要专业对口禁止跨专业。

附件:苏州大学文正学院学生转专业实施办法(修订)苏州大学文正学院二〇一七年八月二十一日苏州大学文正学院教务处2017年8月21日印发附件:苏州大学文正学院学生转专业实施办法(修订)为调动学生学习积极性,坚持以人为本,促进学生健康发展,提高人才培养质量,根据《普通高等学校学生管理规定》和《苏州大学文正学院学生管理规定》文件精神,特制定本办法。
一、学生转专业应在维护教育公平前提下,以尊重学生意愿、发挥学生专长、培养创新型人才、不影响学生完成学业为原则进行。
二、学生入学后,一般应在录取专业完成学业。
符合下列情况之一的,可以申请转专业:1.入学后因患某种疾病或生理缺陷(需有学院指定医疗单位的检查证明),或确有特殊困难(需学院认定),不能在原专业学习,但仍能在其他专业学习的;2.符合以下情况之一的确有专长、有相关成果,转专业更能发挥其专长的;(1)近两年内独立或作为第一作者在核心以上刊物发表与拟转入专业相关的学术论文1篇,或在省级以上刊物发表相关的学术论文2篇;(刊物认定标准与学院职称评审认定标准一致)(2)近两年内作为第一作者获得与拟转入专业相关的发明专利1项或实用新型专利2项或软件著作权2项;(3)近两年内获得与拟转入专业相关的权威资质证书;3.一年级学生(教改实验班除外)同时满足以下条件的品学兼优者,可申请两个专业志愿进行转专业;(1)无不及格课程(含选修课);学习成绩优秀,GPA达到3.0,班级排名前15%(学生所有学期成绩排名÷班级在校人数≤15%);(2)没有受过任何处分,行为学分达到85分以上(含85分);4.学习成绩异常,必修课累计不及格课程学分达20学分以上(含20学分),确实无法在原专业继续学习的;5.社会对人才需求情况发生变化,学院征得学生同意,必要时可以适当调整学生所学专业;6.休学创业或退役后复学的学生,因自身情况需要转专业的,学校应当优先考虑。

根据《省教育厅关于做好年五年一贯制高职(高师)“专转本”工作的通知》(苏教案[]号)的文件精神,为进一步做好我院年选拔优秀五年一贯制高职学生转本科学习(以下简称“专转本”)工作,本着公平、公正、公开的招生工作原则,制定本章程。
一、选拔对象
列入省普通招生计划、经市招生部门按规定程序正式录取在本省各类学校的五年一贯制高职的五年级在籍注册学生,经所在学校按要求推荐,均可参加我院“专转本”选拔。
二、招生专业和计划
我院年五年一贯制高职“专转本”计划招生人(其中:机械电子工程专业人、国际经济与贸易专业人、英语专业人、人力资源管理专业人,报考专业要求详见表一)。

三、报考条件及报名
.报考我院“专转本”的考生可根据自己在专科阶段所学专业情况及我院“专转本”招生专业对专科阶段所学专业要求,填报我院的一个专业志愿及是否服从志愿。
招生专业及对专科阶段的专业要求参见附表。
.报考条件:()思想品德好,遵纪守法;()所学专业符合我院招生专业的要求;()修完学校教育教案计划规定内容,达到毕业要求,能正常毕业。
.报名:符合报名条件的五年一贯制高职学生登录“江苏省五年一贯制专转本报名系统”()进行网上报名。
报名流程详见网站说明。
考生须对报考信息的真实性和准确性负责,如因考生本人填报及核对有误而对录取产生的不利影响,由考生本人负责。
报名时间为年月日至月日,每名学生只能填报一所本科院校的相关专业及是否服从志愿。
.推荐学校根据报名条件,负责在“江苏省五年一贯制专转本报名系统”中审核报名学生的资格,同时汇总报名学生信息。
系统审核截止时间为月日。
推荐学校于月日前将推荐报名汇总表(须盖学校公章)报送我院招生就业处。
.对考生的身体健康状况的要求:身体健康,符合教育部、国家卫生健康委员会、中国残疾人联合会等部门关于普通高等学校招生体检工作的有关规定。
四、考试
.考试科目及考试内容:
我院五年一贯制高职“专转本”招生专业的考试科目有门:分别为英语、专业科目一、专业科目二。
英语为全省统一考试科目。
各专业考试的专业科目、考试内容及主要参考书详见表二。
每门科目满分分,总分分。

.考试安排:
考生于年月日(星期六)—在苏州大学文正学院(地址:苏州市吴中区吴中大道号)学生活动中心室办理、领取准考证等手续,考生现场缴纳报名费、考试费共元。
年月日(星期日)在苏州大学文正学院进行考试,时间安排为:考英语、考专业科目一、考专业科目二。
. 人力资源管理专业《专业综合素质测试》科目着装要求:
()女生建议淡妆,不允许佩带假睫毛、美瞳式隐形眼镜等装饰品。
()男生着浅色衬衣、深色长裤、黑皮鞋;
女生着浅色衬衣、裙装(裙子在膝盖上下)、不穿连裤袜、长筒袜,着深色皮鞋。
()男女生头发应不遮盖耳朵,女生盘头或者扎马尾辫,露出额头。
五、录取
我院将在学院招生工作领导小组的领导下,在省教育厅统一划定英语最低录取分数线后,根据所公布的招生计划,本着德、智、体全面衡量的原则,按考试累计总分从高到低顺序确定拟录取考生名单,择优录取。
六、优先录取政策
学生在校期间参加教育行政部门组织的专业技能大赛,全国比赛前二十名或二等奖及以上获得者、省级比赛前十名或一等奖获得者,且获得参加选拔资格的学生,我院可优先录取。
其中,全国比赛前十名、省级比赛前三名的考生可照顾录取,照顾录取考生须报名参加考试,全省统一考试科目英语成绩不低于省教育厅统一划定的英语最低录取分数线,考试累计总分加分照顾分不低于我校专业录取分数线,可予以录取。
学生获奖证书和相关文件复印件加盖学校印章后报送我院。
七、转入、培养与管理
.“专转本”新生凭专科毕业证书和录取通知书等材料到我院办理入学手续,“专转本”学生统一转入我院本科三年级学习。
.被我院录取的“专转本”学生由省教育厅审核和注册,办理相关学籍变更手续。
由学生原所在院校和我院按照学籍管理的有关规定办理转出和接收手续。
未取得专科毕业证书的“专转本”学生,我院不予办理入学手续。
“专转本”学生录取后不得转学、不得转专业。
.我院根据“专转本”学生的特点单独组建班级,制定和实施教案计划、单独组织教案、

.“专转本”学生学费标准:“专转本”学费标准与我院同专业本科生相同,国际经济与贸易专业、英语专业、人力资源管理专业元年.生、机械电子工程专业元年.生,住宿费元年.生。
.“专转本”学生除国家和省有明确规定的,享受与我院其他本科生同等待遇。
.“专转本”学生修完教案计划规定的全部课程且成绩合格,颁发苏州大学文正学院普通高等教育全日制本科毕业证书,毕业证书内容按照国家规定填写;符合学士学位授予条件者,授予苏州大学文正学院学士学位证书。
