一、主讲教师简介(300-500字)
1994年毕业于中南工业大学商法学院,获科技哲学硕士学位。
1985年毕业于首都师范大学外语系,1987年在澳大利亚墨尔本大学访学,1993年在印度、新加坡合作科研,1995年及2002年在美国加州理工大学及加拿大多伦多大学访学。
1997至1998在日本福井工大任教。
现在中
南大学商学院国际经济与贸易系任教,副教授,硕士生导师,主要从事国际贸易以及企业物流方面的研究。
已在各类学术期刊上发表论文30篇,其中在CSSCI检索源期刊上发表8篇;主
编教材有:新编国际商务英语对话;出版专著有:新商务英语口语速成;省部级科研成果1项。
1998年开始从事研究生教学工作,讲授的主要课程有:商务英语。

采用自编教材“新商务英语口语教程”。
此教材的特点是较一般大学采用的同类教材的难度较大,能迅速提高学员的商务英语口语学习的起点,深入理解商务英语的长句、难句的真正意思,同时快速扩大学员的专业英语词汇量。
此教材不仅包括了进出口贸易专业英语的会话内容,同时结合国际经济全球化的趋势,增编了涉及全球经济、国际竞争、制定出口计划、国际市场营销、国际贸易的法律问题,以及电子商务等方面的会话内容,从而拓展学员的多种专业英语的知识面,为其今后的创业范围拓宽道路。
四、教学目的与要求(300-500字)
除课堂讲述教材的内容外,不断研究及掌握最新的国际经济与贸易发展动态,用以作为对教材的补充。
同时结合最热门的经贸话题,定期请每位学员在课堂上作专题英语演讲(无一例外)。
演讲时要求学员脱离讲稿,声音宏亮,发音准确,力求让全班学员听懂演讲内容,并向大家讲解其中的新词与短语,做到资源共享。
此项活动能较快地帮助学员消除在众人面前讲英语的紧张心理,从而极大地提高学员的专业英语表达能力。
将各班学员分别组成四个学习小组,由选出的组长协助老师在课后继续纠正本组学员的发音及语法错误。
从而培养学员们的乐于助人、甘愿奉献的美德,同时增强其团队精神意识。

本课程的考核分为平时考核(40%)和期终考核(60%)两部分。
前者主要为平时成绩,包括考勤、作业、课堂提问、讨论发言、论文或调查报告;后者为期末命题考试。
两者结合评定综合成绩。
