2. 伊索拉·贝拉庄园（Villa Isola Bella）
伊索拉贝拉是意大利庄园中唯一的 湖上庄园，建造在马吉奥湖中波罗 米安群岛的第二大岛屿上，离岸有 600多米，原先是由美丽的岩石构 成的荒岛。
名为伊索拉·马托勒的第一大岛上 过去也建有台地园，后来逐渐荒芜 并消失了。

1632年庄园由卡尔洛博罗梅奥第三代 伯爵始建，园名源自其母伊索拉伊莎 贝拉姓名的缩写。
由于处在山林和乡村环境中庄园重 要的标识性作用，府邸建造在山坡 上，充分利用了环境特点。

17世纪下半叶，意大利的园林创作从高潮时期逐渐走向没落时期。 造园愈加的矫揉造作，大量繁杂的园林小品充斥着整个园林，同时
对植物的修剪整形和水景技巧作为追新求异的手段。 园林的风格背离了最初文艺复兴的人文主义思想，反映出巴洛克艺

17世纪初，罗马诺·加尔佐尼委托出生于吕卡的人文主义建筑师奥塔维 奥·狄奥达蒂为其在小城柯罗第附近建造一座庄园，以期成为这个地区 的代表作。

花园中几乎全年可见的、起主要装饰作用的花卉布置，一些造园要素和 细部的处理手法，表现出受巴洛克风格的影响，有着某种程度的轻浮和 明显的矫柔造作的特点。

台地园的设计将立面与平面结合考虑。一般愈接近城市，坡度愈缓，台 层少，高差小；距离城市愈远，坡度愈大，台层多，高差较大。
庄园内的主体建筑——府邸 设在庄园最高处——控制全园，显示权贵 设在中间台层上——出入方便，给人亲切感 设在庄园最底层——面积较大、地形较平缓的庄园

庄园布局巧妙、尺度宜人、气氛亲切、光影平衡。含蓄的象征性手法、 简洁而均衡的构图、深远的透视画面、使其成为托斯卡纳地区众多花园 中的非常宜人的一个。
4. 冈贝里亚庄园
庄园位于佛罗伦萨 以东塞替涅阿诺小 村边。14世纪以前 这里原是一座修道 院的小农场。
1618年，富商查诺 比拉比购下这块地 后，在旧址的基础 上建造了别墅和花 园。
1671年其子第四代伯爵维塔利阿诺将 庄园建成。
设计师有建筑师卡尔洛封塔纳和水工 师莫纳，维斯玛拉和西蒙奈塔负责雕 塑和装饰工程。
小岛东西最宽处约175米，南北长约 400米，庄园用地长约350米。
岛的西边50米宽、150米长的用地上 有座小村庄，建有教堂和码头。
花园规模约为3公顷，堆砌出九层台 地。
阿尔多布兰迪尼庄园是红衣主教克利门斯八世的外甥、枢密官阿尔多 布兰迪尼的夏季别墅，庄园因此而得名。
先由建筑师波尔塔在1598年开始建造，直到1603年由建筑师多米尼基 诺完成。水景工程由封塔纳和奥利维埃里负责。

小结：意大利园林特征——选址
意大利庄园一般建于河流周边风景秀丽的丘陵山坡上。山坡上特殊的气 候特点和地理条件，使台地园成为意大利庄园的主要布局形式。
术的非理性特征，并最终导致了统治欧洲造园样式长达一个多世纪 的意大利文艺复兴式园林的衰落。 此后，与巴洛克艺术同期产生的法国古典主义园林登上了历史舞台。

按照园林风格来看，意大利文艺复兴时期园林其实又可分为人文主义园 林、风格主义园林和巴洛克园林等三种形式。

3. 加尔佐尼庄园
几年后，弗兰塞斯柯·斯巴拉建成了花园的台地部分和宽敞的半圆形入 口。从狄奥达蒂作的平面图上，可以看到花园中有无数的泉池和喷水。 一个世纪之后，罗马诺·加尔佐尼的孙子才将花园最终建成并定型，一 直保持到现在。

卡尔佐尼庄园在规划上将周围的乡村景观、佛罗伦萨文艺复兴时期的吕 卡式花园和渐渐兴起的巴洛克风格三者融汇在一起，显得非常独特。简 明的形式和质朴的空间，无疑是古典作品的手法。

意大利庄园布局一般采取中轴对称、均衡稳定、主次分明、变化统一、 比例协调、尺度适宜的构图方式，反映着古典主义的美学原则。
台地园的平面一般是严整对称的，建筑常位于中轴线上，有时也位于庭 园的横轴上，或在中轴线的两侧对称排列。庭园轴线有时只有一条主轴， 有时分主、次轴，甚至也有几条轴线或直角相交、或平行、或呈放射状。
