二、国内研究现状1、由于自然界中植物的枝、叶、花、果色泽常常不一,刘若庸2003本文采用“多色杀生固定法”对42种具红、绿、黑、白、黄、褐、紫等不同色泽果实、种子的标本进行了实验研究。
2、2006年,韩俊,李玉卿等人研究了几种常用植物教学标本的制作方法,并给予了评价。
3、2006年,黄肇宇等人介绍了植物标本保色的基本原理、4种不同的保色方法、保色前的相关技术处理以及今后有待进一步研究的问题。
4、2007年,王荣祥等指出直接浸制的原植物标本与煮过的原植物标本颜色不一。
直接浸制的红花类标本,经过几天的保存液密封保存,颜色逐渐消失,而经过醋酸铜溶液煮过后,在用保存液密封保存,同样经过一样的天数保存,花的颜色与新花朵基本无异。
[1]5、基于当前对以浸渍方式保存植物标本的研究报道极为少见,只见过在药用植物方面的研究报道,冯缨,谷忠义等人在2008年对四种荒漠植物保色浸渍标本进行了实验研究。
6、2011年,徐秋阳等人对药用植物的紫色和红色花的保色技术进行了研究,这一研究成果对提高教学质量、科学研究、标本陈列与展示,以及艺术观赏等方面都将起到重要的作用。
三、制作植物原色标本的方法一1、具体操作步骤:(1)泊毒:将所采植物用蒸馏水冲洗干净,在浓度为70%的酒精中浸泡5min,再浸入蒸馏水中15min,冲洗2-3次,代表面干净为止。
