规范：整个app是否有规范，整体是否统一，是否有品牌的延续性在里面内容：内容信息是否表达有层次；按整个操作过程首先：从ICON开始，在过引导页，细节！创意上来讲尽情的展示你设计师的细节展现无疑！其次：再从首页开始，页面交互决定UI呈现方式！功能优先级决定视觉焦点！所以不能只为了好看而设计再次：多用用户的角度去说，去发现问题，比如如果用户看到这个按钮，我觉得他不会去点，因为颜色太灰了，最后：夸夸这个产品，他给你看的很可能是他们公司自己的产品，很可能就是他做的，不足的地方要含蓄点出，有好处有点的地方也要及时称赞下面给大家举个具体例子京东和淘宝这对竞争对手双十一较量之后，谁输谁赢不管我的事情，用户其实就是这样你俩闹越凶我越开心，谁同样商品谁折扣低我去哪买。

昨天和朋友聊起面试题这个话题，几乎所有PM面试都会涉及一个问题：说一说你最喜欢的app以及为什么。
今天就简单扯扯怎么回答这个问题。
首先，这个问题要考察的是什么？
1.好奇心，对新鲜产品的热衷度。
2.观察力、思考能力，能看到这款产品的优劣势，并通过思考总结沉淀下来。
3.沟通表达能力，陈述想法是否有逻辑有条理，态度是否谦虚有礼。
粗暴点表述：
1.你知道一款或几款小众但很牛逼的app。
2.你可以把这些app牛逼和sb的地方都说出来。

明确这道问题要考察什么之后，那该怎么答呢？

列举几个个不同优势的app，明确表达“优势是什么、劣势是什么、如何优化”，例如：
1.某款阅读类app用户体验好。
UI简洁精致，交互流畅，文案亲切，性能稳定不闪退bug少等等，最大的劣势是内容不够丰富。
优化方式：①签约网络作家、微博红人等，生产原创作品；②针对目标用户群体，买相关书籍的版权；③与出版社合作，节选新书部分章节进行线上免费阅览。
2.某款匿名社交类app产品定位好。
产品切入点有新意，与竞品形成明显差异化定位。
产品功能层级明确，逻辑清晰，简洁实用。
劣势是匿名社交导致内容负能量聚集，会导致用户流失。
优化方式：①产品方面，后台排
序策略优化、内容个性化推荐等，例如获赞较多的用户新发布的内容排序靠前；②运营方面，正向引导，制造高质量话题，加强质控审核等。
