”我一听,非常高兴地说:“Very good!…”经过讨论最后确定为:“Party上可以有你了就特别了。
”这样一来,即解决了读音问题又和词义有了联系,由于内容很形象所以增加了趣味性,因此就便于记忆了,这样一来课堂就活跃了起来。

是王*,他从来不在英语课上发言,成绩也很差。
我微笑着看着他:“Would you like to try?”他缓缓地站起来,小声地用一口流利的英语说道:“T o learn English well, we should listen carefully in class and make notes, and do homework at home.”所有学生都惊了,教室很安静。
“Very good! Try again, please speak louder!”于是他又说了一遍,声音很大很流利。

我通常把讲解课文的知识点放在第一位,走入了读单词、讲单词、讲知识点、背诵的套路。
学生把精力放在了一个个单词、语法点的死记硬背上,而忽略了对文章的整体把握和阅读能力的锻炼。
学生越学越累,负担越来越重,知识点越记越多,越多越容易混淆。
阅读能力没有提高,渐渐对英语学习厌恶起来,英语学习事倍功半,英语成绩不升反降。
看着越学越辛苦的学生我不由得反思是不是我的教学出了问题,通过阅读其他同行的论文或教学反思和认真学习了英语教学大纲我终于发现出现这个问题的根本原因在于我没有跳出“应试教育”的影响,我总担心我不给学生细讲语法,不给学生把每句话讲解清楚透彻他们考试就不会做题目,成绩就不理想。
但是我却忽略了一个问题,英语教学的任务是通过基本训练的途径培养学生[此文转于斐斐课件园]运用语言的能力,具体说来,就是培养听、说、读、写的语言技能和交际能力。
教师要通过课文教学,使学生获得词汇、语法、句型乃至文化背景等知识,并在实践中提高听、说、读、写的能力。
我现在才认为,我前面的理解是错的,即使不错,也是不恰当的,因为教学内容是课本的中心,其他内容,如课文注释、词汇、语法、句型、练习等都是围绕课文编写的辅助材料,是为课文服务的。
抓好课文教学,就能促进其他方面的教学。
课文是一个有机的整体,语言知识具体体现在课文所提供的语言情景之中。
抓好
课文教学,学生从中学到的是活生生的语言,而不是孤零零的单词、单句,和语法规则。
我们老师要通过课文教学,使学生获得词汇、语法、句型乃至文化背景等知识,并在实践中提高他们的听、说、读、写的能力。
即使教学不是很出色,尽量从别的切入点找到教育的教育的补充。
新的教育理念提倡的是“建立充分体现著尊重民主和发展精深的新型师生伦理关系”。
师生伦理关系是师生关系约有机组成部分,每一个教师应当从以下几方面入手,面向新时代,努力创建民主、平等和促进个性发展的师生伦理关系,真正使师生关系焕发出迷人的光彩。
这将成为本次课程改革最亮丽的风景线。
树立教育民主思想。
民主平等是现代师生伦理关系的核心要求。
这首先要求教师承认学生作为“人”的价值。
学生们也都有自己特定的权利和尊严,更有自己的思想感情和需要。
其次要求教师尊重学生的人格,就像我们要求学生尊重教师那样。
让学生同样常常意识到自己的存在,体验到自己作为人的一种尊严感和幸福感。
提高法制意识,保护学生的合法权利。
纵观近几年来所发生的教师违法事件,大多属于法制意识淡薄,认识不到学生拥有神圣不可侵犯的权利所造成的。
所以,教师一定要有很强的法制观念,明确自己与学生间的权利和义务关系。
以次切实保护师生双方的合法权利。
加强师德建设,纯化师生关系。
师生关系是一种教育关系,即一
种具有道德纯洁性、非直接利益的特殊社会关系。
作为教师应加强自身修养,依法执教,廉洁从教,提高抵御教育“铜化”的能力。
同时,要更新管理观念,树立“以人为本”的管理思想,以科学的发展观去认识学生、关心学生、教育学生,从真正意义上促进学生的健康、和谐发展,又一次课程改革的浪潮已席卷中华大地,那么,当代师生应追求一种什么样的情感关系呢?专家认为,新型的良好师生情感关系应该是建立在师生个性全面交往基础上的情感关系。
它是一种真正的人与人的心灵沟通,是师生互相关爱的结果。
它是师生创造性得以充分发挥的催化剂,是促进教师与学生的性情和灵魂提升的沃土。
它是一种和谐、真诚和温薯的心理氛围,是真善美的统一体。
创造这种新型的师生情感关系,需要从以下几个方面努力。
教师要真情对待学生,关心爱护学生为构建和谐师生情感铺路搭桥。
要建立良好的师生情感联系,教师必须真情付出,关心爱护每一个学生,公平地对待学生,不能厚此薄彼,尤其是对于学业成绩不够理想的学生,教师要多鼓励、多关怀,相信他们的潜力,从思想上、心理上切实帮助他们克服各方面困难,逐渐取得进步。

我现在已经完完全全的知道了,我的教学不仅是教学生的知识,而且也是教学生的为人处事等多项的言传身教的教育,我也知道,分数虽然仍然是目前用来衡量上课老师的能力标准,也知道它的局限性和弊多性,但我不再为自己的得失方面而特意的去追求分数了,实际上有的老师在教学的过程中出现有对学生有体罚现象的原因就是过多的考虑自己的分数,因为有的学生确实不想学,所以在上课的时候,就有不想学习的行为所表现出来,于是就有老师与学生在课堂上发生不愉快的事情了,其实这些都是由于老师的把学生想得太完美,满脑子都有对学生教育抱着“恨铁不成钢”的过激教育想法,可是我现在想通了,我不会把学生的种种不是
变成自己的痛苦了,我只有宽容的对待学生的厌学情趣,来延续自己的快乐,这样,我的漫漫教学生涯才能用语充满活力,充满生机,才能对得起自己的劳动,达到愉快教学。
