测定方法
取本品约0.1g，精密称定，加乙醇5ml，
溶解后，加20%氢氧化钠溶液5ml，加热
回流 15分钟，放冷，加水20ml与硝酸
5ml，精密加硝酸银滴定液(0.1mol/L)
30ml，再加邻苯二甲酸二丁酯5ml，密塞，
强力振摇后，加硫酸铁胺指示液2ml，用硫

而不是对未知药物进行结构确证；
2.鉴别的要求：①鉴别方法应以专属性好、 简便易行为宜，尤其能将结构相似的同类 药品加以区别为主要考虑因素。②一般通 过一组试验以确定药品真伪。
