他们所表现出来的对英语的热情似乎很高。
然而刚开始的好奇与兴趣之后,学生就为掌握英语单词和基本的对话发愁了。
如何有效的激发和维持学生学英语的持久兴趣,显然单纯地枯燥地模仿和机械记忆是不行的。
课堂英语化是因为语言是一种环境的产物,应尽量的给学生营造一个英语的语言气氛,所以在英语的课堂教学组织中尽量使用英语,做到课堂英语化,以排除学生对母语的依赖和母语的干扰。
我觉得小学阶段是学习英语的关键期之一,尽管他们刚涉及英语,掌握的英语句子和单词还很少,但我觉得应该从第一节课起,坚持用英语进行教学,因为小学阶段所学的单词和句子很简单,我们可以借助于物体直接来教,帮助学生尽快对学习内容的理解,另外,还可以充分运用眼神、手势、动作、表情等形式来帮助教学。
本单元是学生学习英语的起始阶段,因此提起学生的兴趣、激发学生学习英语的激情与渴望、保护学生的学好英语的信心,这些方面尤为重要。
在教学本单元时,我先让学生大致了解了有关英语的知识。
另外以介绍“嗨!”与“Hi.”、“哈喽!”与“Hello.”、“卡通”与“cartoon”等词,让学生感受英语与我们生活的密切联系,同时也是希望他们能战胜学习一门新语言所带来的恐惧,让他们觉得原来英语就在我们身边,我们的汉语有部分就是英语音译过来的。
我以“介绍自己”作为正式教学的第一步,三年级两个班本学期有新转来的学生,借助让新同学快乐地融入班集体,我鼓励学生用“I’m…”向同学介绍自己,进行链环操作。
接着以认识更多的新朋友引起学生认识书本中人物的兴趣,引导学生用“Hi / Hello.”与新朋友打招呼。
在教授A部分时要确保每一位学生敢说,不要过分在乎学生的发音等,只要敢说都要表扬。
