·注意事项：在做这一节操的时候，开始的时间不要太长，妈妈两手间的距离要宽一些，要细致观察宝宝的身体变化，以防宝宝由翻身的情况的发生，根据宝宝能力的增强，相应的增加联系的时间和次数。
第二节反托抱·方法：宝宝在床上成俯卧状，妈妈的双手握住宝宝的双肘向后向内拉，用掌心拖住宝宝的腰腹部，托至胸前，使宝宝成立一种背部紧张的状态。
·注意事项：在做这节操的时候，妈妈的双手尽量拖住宝宝的身体重心部位，利用宝宝形成背弓，月龄小头部力量叫差的宝宝在做这节操的时间要短一些，随着年龄的成长，逐渐加大做操的时间，做这节操可以培养宝宝挺拔的坐姿，预防驼背。
第三节中托抱·方法：妈妈的右手，握住宝宝的右手上提，妈妈的左手托住宝宝的背部，右手托住宝宝的臀部，托至胸前，双手向中间靠拢。
使宝宝呈一个背弓状态。
·注意事项：这节操最好是在吃饭前或者洗澡以后进行，做动作的时候要慢要稳，妈妈的双手距离逐渐缩小，月龄稍大的宝宝要防止翻身动作的发生。
第四节竖托抱·方法：妈妈的右手握住宝宝的右手，慢慢地提起来，把手伸到她的头颈部，左手托住宝宝的头，右手托住宝宝的臀，托起呈30°的角度，当宝宝感到适应以后可以做后仰前倾的变化，当他更适应以后，可以做左右摆动变化。
·注意方法：在做这节操的时候，上下角度的变化由慢到快，始终保持与宝宝表情的沟通，比如伸舌头，动眼睛，微笑等。
刚出生的宝贝视觉的距离在20厘米以内，随着年龄的增大而增加距离。
第五节托腋站立·方法：妈妈扶住宝宝的双腋，慢慢地向上托，拖到一定的时候停止，等宝宝挺腹蹬腿直至站立。
·注意事项：在做这节操的时候，不要把宝宝往怀里托，向上托到一半的时候要停住，要抱抱反射性的挺腹蹬腿，这样有利于坐稳。
