我建议，在实习前专门请专家对学生的在外安全针对性的辅导，不参加辅导学校对于社会实践不进行资金支持;在学生实习期间，为学生专门设立投保基金，学校、学生各掏一部分，打消指导老师和实习单位的顾虑，让社会实践学生更多的自我设计、独立完成。
学生自我保护意识正是我们管得太多才越来越弱化。
4、挑战杯科技竞赛、创业大赛等项目立项上设立全校师生互选平台。
目前，学校立项的项目大多局限在各二级学院上，应该设立网络平台，鼓励不同院系老师与学生间的双向选择，校团委对于能院系交叉参赛的课题给予政策上的优惠。
这样能够实现资源的共享，对于学生培养也是非常好的事情。
学生将自己的学习、特长、兴趣等上网公布，老师将自己的课题研究、所需学生情况也上网公布，师生可以自己联系，校团委也提供公共交流的平台。
对有创意的课题加大扶持力度。
5、加大开放性试验对外院学生的开放力度。
学校的开放性试验是个很好的制度，但目前，试验大多局限于自己学院非本专业学生报名，外院学生想报名参与的机制并不特别畅通，建议学校应该更好的规划一下，甚至可以让在读的研究生帮助开相关的实验课程。
学生对于外院师资的共享必能促进学生全面发展。
