阶段性目标教学法在耳鼻喉咽科的应用

目的对阶段性教学法在耳鼻喉咽科的应用的探讨。方法将在2015年1月—2016年1月期间在该院耳鼻喉咽科实习的100名临床专业学生随机分为对照组和观察组，各组人数为50人，对照组临床学生在实习期间采用传统方法教学，观察组临床学生在实习期间采用阶段目标教学法。观察采用阶段目标教学法后学生的实习结果和成绩的评定。结果观察组在沟通能力、操作能力、学习能力的评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。患者对观察组总满意率（90.00%）明显高于对照组（56.00%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组总有效率（91.00%）显著高于对照组总有效率（60.00%），差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论阶段性目标教学法可避免传统教学一些缺点，学生在实习期间轻松学习技术和理论知识，学习更加具有积极性，具有获得感，提高实习水平，使实习更加科学、人性化。

The Application of the Stage Goal Teaching Method in Otolaryngology Department

[Abstract] Objective To study the application of time-phased teaching method in E.N.T department. Methods 100 clinical students of making the internship from January 2015 to January 2016 in our E.N.T department were selected. The students were randomly divided into control group and observation group，50 cases each group. The control group adopted the traditonal teaching method；the observation group adopted the time-phased objective-based teaching method. The achievement and performance was observed. Results The evaluation score of communication skill，operation ability and learning ability for observation group was higher than that of control group （P＜0.05）；the overal satisfaction for observation group （90.00%）was significantly higher than that of control group （56.00%）（P＜0.05）. Conclusion The time-phased objective-based teaching can avoid the disavantages of traditonal teaching. During the internship process，the more scientific teaching promotes the students to become more active and easier to learn the technique and theory knowledge，improve the sense of achievement and personal working ability.
